Everybody in wine making has a great story about how they earned their riches. We the owners of Hoi Polloi have no such story. Hence the name. But what you can’t earn is the ability to make above great wines. And that we have. Our story hides in the bottle. It’s for you to let the genie out.

Excellent artisan wine! My favorite A Touch of Evil Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles with notes of black cherry, raspberry, dried herbs and black tea. ðŸ˜
