Used to be a great small family ran restaurant...until today. 5/24 when we were greeted at the door by someone we'd never seen before. She was rude and incredibly sarcastic. Obviously hates her job! The restaurant was NOT busy but she did her best to try and make us believe it was (only 3 booths were occupied). As we sat down (more than 5 solid minutes after entering the place), she informed us we were not welcome and she had lots of other things to do besides customer service. We reassured her we understood that folks are busy, and not in any hurry. But that didn't work either. She was rude and very curt. It was a quick decision to go to another restaurant that we'd passed along the way, that would love to have our business. Bad experience. First one there, but we vow to not return as the help doesn't appear to uphold the previous beliefs that customer service is indeed important!
There is no buffet. You pick from different options on a checklist. I thought this was like a buffet where you get to make a stir fry with different selections. And they cook it right in front of you on a Mongolian grill. I don't care if these restrictions are from COVID the rest of America is back to normal.
This is always been a great place to eat in Santa Clarita. The food is very good the stuff is extremely friendly. Wait times can be a little long That's why I gave it 4 stars. They definitely need additional staff to help because it's so popular
Been going here for years (since Mogo's closed in 2019), driving 13 miles for the best Mongolian BBQ left near the SFV. Limited menu during the pandemic (no buffet or DIY right now), but still great fresh ingredient selection and delicious sauces. Friendly staff always, who remember repeat customers by name and care about your experience! Support small biz! For fans of Mongolian BBQ, it's worth the trip. Highly recommended!
Had a great dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful with menu selections.... Food is fresh and delicious.They are creative with COVID rules and it works nicely! Highly recommend!
Had lunch and their food is outstanding . You give them a list of what you want in your bowl that the person cooks on the stove and then your lunch is ready every good food . We had 3 persons for lunch $16.95 per bowl .
Linda is one of the best servers i’ve ever had in my life! i love the restaurant, i’ve been coming for many years, and plan on coming again and again. One of the best restaurants ever. During COVID, i was reluctant due to the “No Buffet” policy, however, it came out even better without buffet access. The new menu was easy to use and they gave very large portions. Nothing but positive vibes for this restaurant!!
The food is fantastic and worth the price(about $17 per bowl) and the staff are incredibly nice and very helpful
We had dinner with couple of friends last night for the second time and we had a wonderful time with Linda’s help who was so helpful with choosing and helping us with our menu and made our time there extremely pleasant. She was courteous, helpful, fun and so attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, big portion and very tasty. Shrimp and chicken was very tender and fresh. Very reasonably priced for the portion.The restaurant was clean and they all made us feel so welcomed…..HIGHLY recommended
