Horrible service, the place was an absolute disaster. EVERYTHING was dirty, every single table, chair, surface. There was about 15 flies hovering around inside. All trash cans were overflowing. They're still playing COVID, so no salsa bar. The cherry Coke was out of syrup. The entire experience was 3rd world country. Don't bother, find another location.

The phone app needs to be re-developed from the ground up. Food is just like any other pollo locos, and the curbside feature seems to work ok for me unless the others complaining here. Ok, once, food did take like 10 minutes, but the drive - thru lane was crazy full so fair enough. My only issue is that 1 out of 10 times, something is missing in my order so CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU PULL AWAY.

I don't know who the General Manager is at this location but I plan to find them T O D A Y.The service around dinner time is atrocious. I don't care that it's a fast food chain.. Someone is paying for food, that they could have chosen to spend elsewhere had they known about the hostility in service at this location.Workers are literally tossing food across counters at customers.. It would not surprise me on bit, there be an altercation here on day. Ridiculous service.

They've always been very rude in the drivethru at this location. I've tried multiple times and it's always the same, I don't get it, Youd think management would explain the expectations, and then periodically review performance. Or maybe even read some of the reviews.

They offer curbside, yet they don't make sure the food is taken to the customer in a timely manner. You call their number and no one answers, so if you decided to cancel your order you can't. A young man was kind enough to check on our order & took care of it. But management (Jose?) obviously isn't doing a good job. There needs to be honest & good leaders for the team to thrive. To Management: don't email that you'll call & never do... just make necessary changes

Was craving this food and was waiting in line to place my order. After the cashier took the order of the person in front of me, she disappeared. I was waiting forever and no other employees did anything. I left. All employees seemed unorganized and stressed. Maybe better management and more employees. I will never go back. Have a nice day!

Jesus is so rude. What happen to the good old good customer service? Went around 7.15pm but 20 cars in drive thru so decided to walk in. But this guy Jesus started yelling at me before even i say anything. Said walkin is closed. What??? I told him about long car line outside and if he can please take my small order. But no. He even challenged me to call HQ. I guess no one cares. No problem. Never going here again.

I ordered curbside ahead so that I could get my food asap. I checked in when I got there and waited 10 minutes after the time specified on the app. Finally went inside to ask about my order and it wasn't even made, so I ask what was going on with my order and after I told them, it was deleted right in front of me and I had to wait another 10-15min until I had to ask again then they made it and gave it to me. When I checked my order, it was made incorrectly, but I didn't want to wait any longer, since I was there for 30 minutes after my order should've been ready. Completely dissatisfied!

Cashier was polite, we didn't get one part of our meal they got to us quickly. Went to get some salsa and an older lady just ignored me and kept cleaning. Then the young man (cashier) got what I asked for. He was very polite.

the staff at this location don't have any customers service skills. the times I come to this location the treatment is always the same. which they just want to get you out as if you bother them. like for tonight my food is given to me in a rudely manner with the kid telling me everything is there
