This location is close to my place but the staff is so rude very poor customer service. If you have the item online in your location but you don’t have it physically in your store then be apologetic to the customer don’t be rude “you just have to choose what we have here in store” early in the morning 0500 not even a morning greeting. She needs to go to a customer service class
Came here for donuts and I was seriously disappointed. Glazed, chocolate glazed were my selections. Definitely need tp change the name to Dunkin Coffee instead of Dunkin Donuts.

they have mold in their drink machines and hair in the donuts. NEVER coming here again, horrible service.
Management is terrible. Floor had roaches! I can’t believe this place is still in business. My donuts were so stale! Never coming back

The donuts are seriously horrible. The glazed donut tastes like it’s from the 7-11 counter. My drip coffee is only lukewarm. I don’t know how this place is alive anymore!

everyone here is so sweet to me, they always chat me up and make my day better as well as good coffee. I don’t know the name of the girl who worked 9/22 at 330 but she deserves a raise. she made my bad day better
