I’ve been here so many times for pizza. And the 2 stars go to the fact that they make great fast food pizza. BUUUUT, they ALWAYS forget the dipping sides. And it really is annoying especially when I have paid for them. I’ve never been reimbursed or anything. 1.98 for 2 dipping sauces over a few dozen orders really adds up. I know I’m not the only customer that this happens to so they are making a good profit off goods that are not given.
A little slow for ordering there but good food overall
Delicious food as always. I love the chicken Carbonara and my son loves the chicken Alfredo. Food was hot and delicious. Service was great. Cashier was very friendly and very polite. Order made quick once placed.
This store charged me 3 topping piazza price for just one topping cheese pizza. Why ? they don't have any 1 topping pizza price .... Thug of Saugus...
Ordered from this place twice already. On the first time, they got my order completely wrong and the pizza was burned. On the second time, some of the slices of the pizzas and the cheesy bread were left burned.

Supposed to be an x-large pan pizza with pepperoni, pineapple and mushrooms. Got a thin crust pizza with hardly any pineapple or mushrooms and a layer of grease on top. Terrible.

The only reason I did not give a higher rating to the store is because the person at the front counter did not want to give me the deal off of 5.99 for two medium two-topping pizzas. She told me the deal was only online (which is not explained online) and that she could not give me that price in person. I find this way of doing business very bad for customer service. The only reason I did not do the order online before is because my cell phone was dead and since the store is very close to where I live I decided to walk over and place my order. It is very sad to know that they didn't give me the deal of 5.99 for 2 pizzas in person. Extremely disappointed of Domino's Pizza. I hope they change that policy if it is a policy and if it is not I hope they intervene with this particular store on Bouquet Canyon in Santa Clarita so they can properly be trained. A store such as Domino's should give the same price for the same product no matter how it is ordered.
