I've never had such a ridiculous delivery experience. When I called for my pizza not being delivered even though the "pizza tracker" said it was delivered, they lied to me about the driver calling me and that he arrived and was unable to make the delivery, there was no call and no motion detected on ring. No discount or reimbursement offered hardly even an apology.
Super terrible service! it says they open at 10am its 10:16 its still closed the worker that came in at 1005 with an attitude that he does not want to be there said they will open in 5 min, but he lied! We're are the supervisors when you need them???
I've never had a bad order experience all the food we've gotten has been delicious and hot and arrived in a timely manner
This place is trash !!! I will not waste my money here again. It seems like the employee's dont care about there jobs ... I'll pay a few bucks more and go to TOPPERS... Jokes on u dominos
Hi everyone ☺I love Domino's menu. Their pizza, cheesy bread and desserts are all delicious. But I had aterrible experience with a driver, a young girl who was very rude and dismissive. I called the store, and the manager, San was so sweet and apologetic. She credited me back my tip and $19. She really cared that I was upset. Because of the food & great customer service, I'll pick this store, as my store.
UPDATED.... my wife decided to give them another try, the food was actually good this time. Pizza was crispy and the wings had sauce. (Original review).... They messed up our order, only a drop of sauce on the wings. Pizza was soggy, everything seemed rushed. They sent a coupon for a free pizza that has to be used in 7 days yet you need to wait 48hrs for the coupon to be valid once redeemed. Going back to Toppers Pizza, expensive but always good
I am giving one star not for the pizza. However for the horrendous working conditions of this store. I went to pick up pizza and when I arrived the temperature inside what way HOTTER then the 105 outside. I can see one of the workers in the back sweating profusely and using their shirts to wipe the sweat off their faces. I even mentioned to the person who was helping me on how extremely hot it was and my concern of the sweat dripping into my pizza!!! Why is the AC not working designed to cool down a place that uses ovens KNOWING that it will increase the heat!! The conditions are unacceptable and I don’t know if anyone should be ordering food if the workers are sweating that much.

This location has truly gone beyond down hill this past few years—over a full hour for a delivery that NEVER came. Zero notifications other than “quality check”Had to go ahead and call and ask for my refund for an order the the manager already had canceled upon receiving my second phone call,It’s as if they believed the 2 pizzas and bread sticks I ordered , which was marked as completed at 9:34pm would still be fresh by 10:24pm (would have been MUCH later had I not canceled after waiting a full hour)The manager Luis did not offer a single apology for the delay, the inaccuracy, and the inconvenience & had a very distasteful attitude as if he was more than happy to be rid of me.Unfortunately this is the closest dominos to my home- but it looks like I’ll just be using another location or pizza place all together.Extremely unfortunate and avoidable situation -by using care understanding & professionalism via customer service. Wish it was a better experience over-all.
