I gave this place for stars only instead of 5 because the manager was not a team player. They had two servers when we got there they were running around doing the best that they could to get everything everyone needed. When they have a manager present she's sitting there just rolling silverware and seating people here and there that's pretty annoying. I got up and ask her if I can have some more coffee to make her do something. The servers were excellent the manager needs to be more Hands-On. When one server came to work that was one plus the two that they had she was making a smoothie a piece of ice fell next to the ice machine & with her bare hand threw that piece of ice back into the ice container. When she poured the smoothie in the cup it ran over the side she took her bare hand and ran it up the cup to wipe it off. I was pretty grossed out!!!!! I did actually finally see the manager get up and pack up Uber drivers orders or pickup orders. Pretty much just to go orders.
Delicious food. Decent prices. Good waiting staff.Competent, cheerful, and friendly staff.Food took a wee longer than it should have, 20 min, but it tasted wonderfully delicious.
I haven't been in Danny's for years. It got even worse. This is a new place, but I don't think the quality would be any different at another location. Out of ten:service 2,food 3,price 5.
It was so bad. The service was terrible. They brought the kids there pancakes with no butter or syrup had to ask twice for it. My food was cold, I had to ask for refills. Will not go back.
The server was very friendly and checked on us regularly. Our food was delicious. I especially like the fact that my food stayed warm the whole time. The French fries were also hot and yummy.
Parking was easy, food tasted good. Took 1 star off because food took long to get to us after ordering. It did arrive hot though.
The restaurant is filthy, the service was unfriendly, and the food is below average. I would not recommend this restaurant, even if you are desperate.
They didn't seem to be willing to get back to looking like pre covid. Nothing on the table. Had to ask for it. Not a comfortable feel.
This location is conveniently located just down the street from Six Flags Magic Mountain. The food was made to order as requested, food came out hot, staff was friendly, if I had one small complaint it would be not enough checking back from our server on drink/coffee refills. As I had a 4+ hour drive ahead of me I wanted hot coffee in quantity.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! WE WAITED 40 MINUTES, NEARLY AN HOUR TO HAVE OUR FOOD READY, THE WAITRESS BERLY KNOW WHAT WAS SHE DOING, AND TO TOP OF THAT THE ORDER CAME OUT WRONG! AND WHAT MAKES IT WORSE WE FOUND AN EYE LASH ON OUR FOOD! VERY DISGUSTING!!! I DONT RECOMMEND NO ONE EATING HERE! WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!
