It's a solid 3. Not stellar but good for a quick, relatively affordable fast food meal. Some will say it's better than Taco Bell and for some things thats true I suppose. For all I know Del Taco serves real meat which gives it the win by default but the Bell has always been a guilty pleasure for me. Perhaps I'll switch sides after more visits.
Food was not fresh. Tacos were broken and stuck to the wrapper without lettuce and tomato. The "epic" burrito was a bunch of mush inside a soggy tortilla. The French fries were dripping in grease. The lemonade was good, that's it. I won't be back.
At least every other time I go to the drive thru, there is something wrong with the order. The employee I spoke to said they have 30 seconds from the time you reach the window to leaving or they get in big trouble!! I once heard a man (assuming The Manager) yelling at the employee to focus! If that was my son that he was yelling at, I would have given the manager a piece of my mind. I realize they’re trying to get the food out quickly but get the order right and treat the employees fairly!
This is a new store and it runs smoothly. Employees are energetic and friendly. The store is clean and they make some good fast food. The menu has various items so everyone can get something they want. Stop by if in the neighborhood!
Brought my food home only to see that my food had already been bitten into. If there was a way to give less than one star I would. To the girl working the drive thru tonight maybe not giggle as you hand food to costumers that you have sabotaged the food of.
Got my food so quick I barely had time to sit down and it wasn’t done with half effort either. The chicken ranch roller was so good and the service was so quick and polite that I had to leave a review. Especially when fast food places have been losing quality, it shocked me how easy the whole thing was. Plus my order was right ???Thanks guys
Great del taco ? they fixed their Ice Machine..I give them a 4 star ? but in time Maybe I'll change it to a 5 stars
Bruh...a whole nail in my taco and I didn't even order itMy wife an I are here all the time and normally they are great! A little bit more iron than I would like though...smh ?? (update 2/10/2022) Nothing has changed this place is absolutely garbage, 20$ for 2 burritos? Yea right...what a scam! Avoid this place like the plague...
Can’t expect much from de taco but the least they could do is give me my food with out stale buns and a soda with carbonation. It was great finding all of this out by the time I get home, then when I call to speak with a a manager, no one answers and the voicemail is full.Again, I’m not looking for a fine dining experience but after baseball practice with my son, we stop here for a quick dinner because it’s later at night. It’s frustrating how bad the food and service is.
Update: They've gotten better about the orders being correct! Yay!Old Review: Always delicious and nice staff but orders are more often incorrect than not
