Had to leave a review because this is the third time this location has served me expired kale. I opened my to-go order when I arrived home and it smelled rancid, like a literal garbage can. When I returned and told them what happened, the manager told me it was a normal smell. I had them remake the salad and - surprise - more expired kale. Skip this place.
Five stars just for the salad as i did not make the order and i did not interact with the staff. But the salad was incredible. Very very tasty beyound the yummy ranch and barbecue flavors. Packed with nicely chppoed tomatoes, lettuce and spinach, corn, black beans, and chicken, this is one flavorful dish. Restaurant quality with no questio.

Order salad today and had it delivered using grub hub. Salad was made incorrectly- asked for no bacon avocado or blue cheese and got it. So I called not looking for anything but to let the manager know. The manager on when I called Janet (4:33pm) had an attitude and didn’t seem to care if it was made wrong. I was told I could bring it back and they would make a new one ( again had it delivered for a reason). Janet told me there was nothing she could do NO CUSTOMER SERVICE but call grub hub. Last I checked grub hub doesn’t make the food. I called grub hub though to let them know this was what I was. Had very respectful customer service and understood my frustration. Grub hub offered me a discount of my next order. This isn’t the first time having a problem with the Valencia chop stop. I done trying to give them chance. $20 in the trash because people can’t read directions any more and don’t care. Wish every luck who eats there
I stopped here on a roadtrip on I-5. The salads were decent. The 5-stars is for having a place like this that offers salads (especially for vegetarians) and the SUPER kind girls who work here! Fantastic kind customer service!!
If I could give it a zero I wouldn’t the salads are literally trash not to mention $12 for lettuce is outrageous. My entire family was disappointed. Save your money!!!!
I had never heard of this place in my friend we went there yesterday and it is fantastic. You need to try it if you haven't.
I like the salads here a lot, but not really the price. I feel like the salad should be 50% larger for what I'm paying. The friendly service has boosted this score to a 4.
there phone is disconnected I tried 5 time and I order there at least 5-to 6 time a month but today there phone is not connect so I went somewhere else for lunch hope everything is ok.... may there forgot to pay there phone bill.
