Parking can be a little chaotic here because of the tight turns (really bad design, honestly). Chipotle itself is very good, they also have outdoor seating, though they don't always put out the umbrellas...even if it's 95 degrees like today, not sure why. The mobile orders seem to be on time or slightly late most of the times. Food taste fine, staff is always friendly, usually little to no line.
If the store closes at 10pm and I arrive at 9:30 to order, the store shouldn’t be functioning as if it is closed. There was a line of people and instead of preparing rice they proceeded to tell me that they were out…. Even the meats that I desired were gone with no effort or plan to serve. I called before I came and this was still my experience. Terrible…… please put that you are closing at 9:30 if that’s how you will operate at 9:30….
My order was incomplete. It was a pick up, n employee hand it to me...so can't say that I didn't pick my entire order. Anyhow, I placed a complaint online and some one was suppose to call me. Then again via email...replying to my order confirmation.I was missing two bags of chips I buy for my kids, they live those chips.I guess this is it. No more of my business to chipotle.Its no wonder they don't have a contact phone at the stores. They don't seem to want to deal with the complaints.

Read the one star reviews. Terrible experience as well as employees I guess have no supervision as one male employee was arguing and talking rude toh a customer. Not the big guy that works there, it was another one. The portions are a joke and a waste of money. My family will never go there again and will share our negative experience with others.
Dirty dirty dirty. Seems like nice kids working here but there's no supervisor to instruct. It's Unfortunate because I like Chipotle but I won't come back to this one
messy food products and containers sitting everywhere behind counter, prices terrible for small portions of meat, very rude young male server, do not waste your money here
Ordered 3 bowls 2 of them got their orders mixed up between my brother and I. The portion size is also horribel didn’t even give the actual lettuce they gave this spinach looking one and I asked for extra and still wasn’t enough as a normal portion. How do u even mess up and order u just place them in…. Very unprofessional clearly cannot do their job easily
It's always a problem at this store. The boy that's making the shells is nasty he tends to throw rice on the counter back into the rice bin. Another time I asked for the fresh rice and told him I'll wait which I did and he gave me the old rice and mixed it with the new rice. What the heck. Last time here and now the y are only accepting cash. Such an inconvenience.
10/30/2021 8:40pmI just bought 2 burrito bowls, 1 burrito and unfortunately 95 percent of the white rice was not cook at all. We are so disappointed in chipotle today. We had to toss all our food in the trash as chipotle was closed when we returned to make an in person complaint.
