Terrible location do not even bother going. Waitress brought my food and basically never came back- it was so spicy that I asked her if I could get some more ranch and a refill on my drink and she said OK but 10 minutes goes by and then I see her walk over to a table of no joke 24 people and start taking their order. By this time my food was completely cold. The bus boy brought me ranch and I said but now my food is cold and all he said was sorry about that, do you still want a refill on your drink? And I said not really, I’d really like me hot food and he was not able to do thatso then I paid for my drink in cash and then as I walked out I didn’t want them to think I was ditching the bill so I told the girl at the waitress stand named “Sav” what happened and she gave me so much attitude and said are you telling me you’re not paying for your food?! and I said yeah I’m not paying for food that I wasn’t able to eat because my waitress completely disappeared.This location would do well actually pay attention to some customer service.
Well I unfortunately went in and had terrible service.I had to ask multiple times for stuff I ordered, half of the stuff I ordered I didn’t even get, and I was charged for one of the things they didn’t bring me. Then there was a back and forth that took at least 30 minutes between myself, my server, and the manager. And the server was showing attitude and mad LIKE WE DID SOMETHING WRONG.This place needs better service.Oh and some of my food was cold too.
The food is usually good service is a little slow but once you get started with some drinks you forget all about it
Great Bar ever! I went there for the first time to celebrate a birthday party and I just loved the place. The atmosphere is so celebrating and the staff is making it is more great with their friendly faces. ❤
Waiter kept forgetting what we were asking for. He was constantly fooling around and dancing with his coworkers in their little workers room. We ordered a cheesecake with the caramel on the side but they gave us a cheesecake covered with caramel. I politely told a waiter we asked for the caramel on the side and so he took it and brought us a new one. No joke he literally brought us a frozen cheesecake, straight out of the freezer, it was rock hard. I would say the food is below average but it's pretty expensive I paid almost $20 for a burger. I still can't believe they gave us a frozen cheesecake.
This location does not honor gift certificates. I showed up to pickup my food and they told me they can't take my gift card so instead of giving me food that's already been paid for, they threw it out and cancelled my order. Place sucks
Happy hour prices are good. Service is fine.It's a sports bar so it's loud. Beyond that, it's a pretty good place to grab a bite.
This place was HORRIBLE they got my entire order wrong ..they took forever to serve my food. An I went on a Monday afternoon they weren't even bust I don't understand why it took so much time..the only good interaction I had was with an older man glasses maybe bald or almost there but everyone else was slow and just didn't seem like they knew what they were doing......even the bartender was horrible the drink I ordered was may wrong..NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

Wings don’t take over an hour to serve. Place smells. Trash all over. Terrible customer service.
