My family and I have been coming here for years (since the 1990s). Food quality has gone downhill. Its not bad, but there are way better options in SCV. Service was really bad the last time we went. The waiter had no personality and hardly spoke. He never said thank you, smiled or much beyond one or two word questions and answers. All of our food came at the same time. Sad, this place used to be really good.Maybe they are under new management.
They still have a really good lunch deal. Unfortunately I passed on it this time to get a cut roll I can't find anywhere else. It's called Lady Special Roll. I've ordered it for years. But this time it wasn't as good as in the past. I now live 130 miles away so I try to go there whenever I'm in town. Their happy hour price is 30% off but years ago it was 50%. The waitress was new I think. She brought back to my dining companion another customers bill and charge card!
I ordered all you can eat today and ate the most rotten uní that I vomited on my plate and after I ate most of my items I lost my appetite after that and they were trying to make me pay the punishment fee for not eating all of my food. So unreasonable of them to force me to eat after vomiting on my plate due to their rotten food. They had the nerve to yell at me in front of their patrons that I was just fool and a cheater. Don’t eat here; garbage food and garbage staff. I paid $80 for trash.

The first place I tried Sushi way back in the 90's!!! Im so glad they are still there after 40+ years!!! The ? Sushi was Amazing like always!!!
The food is very good. We have donr all you can eat and its 35 a person and worth it. We did not have anything we did not like. My favorite was the eek. You can get rolls as well as norni. The parking is great and easy. The placr is busy and hence the 4 stars. The service can be slow and chaotic. Definately going back
Always fresh and great staff. Just remember to be patient with the staff. Just like everywhere else they are shorthand.
If your looking for all you can it I guess it's worth it for the shrimp tempura and the baked mussels and veggie tempura aswell but the sushi from one to 10 I give it a 6+ low 7 I haven't tried all there rolls yet tho so give it a shot you might like it so far I ate there twice i might go back
Good sushi, decent prices, pleasant staff. The canyon country roll has an addictive texture lol I also recommend the salmon skin salad and green tea ice cream.
It was my second time coming here and it was delicious!! I got the teriyaki chicken lunch special which is $9.95 and it does not disappoint. Good portions, flavorful, and to top it off, it includes ice cream as dessert! Love this place ?
