The BEST meat market in the SCV... I like getting tri-tip here, and I mean the cooked type so I can make myself a tri-tip sandwich at home. Prices are good, sure not as cheap as a supermarket, but the quality is significantly better thus justified. GREAT selection of bbq sauces to buy! I'm so glad that someone else took over and this place re-opened... thought this place was gone for food when the prior owner suddenly passed away, may you rest in peace sir...

My first time to Bob’s Country Meat MarketOverall the tri tip was amazing ,The staff was a bunch of rude kids eating sandwiches behind the counter where they prepare our food.I walk in the door not greeted at all. Extremely slow, I had to ask them if it was even the counter that I was supposed to order at because they were all just staring at me with a blank glare . When I did ask they said yeah but uh hold on and just looked at the other coworker . Who then took my order a few minutes later.Store was dingy. Meat selection was poor. I only gave them a 2 because the hot sandwiches were goodCleanliness 0Store appearance 0Customer service 0I would not recommend getting their cold sandwichesThey have boars-head lunch meat sandwiches for $9.50 and they overcharged me at $10.50And very few bread choicesThe truth is you can go to Ralph’s down the street and get the same product for at least 3 dollars cheaper with more topping selections and with better customer serviceI guess they made up for over charging me by not knowing my order and charging me incorrectly for the hot sandwich with a side so it worked in my favor. They don’t communicate with one another or hardly speak to anyone at all. Just blank stares and I guess they couldn’t talk with their mouth full of food.Overall I will not be going back there. I will gladly get my tri tip sandwiches from rattlers and my cold boar’s head sandwiches from Ralph’s
Fresh Boar's Head deli meats! Great made in house sandwiches. Had the pastrami w/ au jus today and it was thinly sliced and totally delicious! Will be back soon for sure! Thanks!!!
He has meats that is not pumped up with chemicals very Fresh and his homemade ribs are amazing .cut fresh and ready to eat . They also make great sandwiches and you can shop as well.
They have the freshest meat in the scv. Super friendly and always really helpful. I highly recommend Bob's.
