My husband ordered the tri-tip chicken combo and I ordered the ahi salad. His roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes were barely Luke warm. Salad served without wasabi. Took over 12 minutes to get his order back. The manager was walking around the entire time and I never once saw him inquire about how people's meals were. No apology when it was brought to his attention. Basically a poor experience.
Ordered the mini sliders for like $14 and told the kitchen i can't eat meat, they gave me meat one piece of lettuce two pickles and a tomato. Lol, seriously. It even looks like I tossed it around, I didn't. The restaraunt said they would tell the kitchen. The service was rude when I called about the issue. Money would've been better spent at a jack in the box for a 1/4 of the price.
Dined here twice this month. Should have learned the first time. Took too long for food to arrive. It took half an hour to get a refill on the bottomless garden salad and soup! Waitresses and waiters were chatting the entire time and service was terrible. When I gave up and asked for my salad and soup to go, waitress rolled her eyes. Never will I dine here again. The place was empty. Not surprising why. Do not eat here. Unless you want to spend over an hour waiting on your food to come out.
We had an amazing server for our group of 10. Payton, she was on point. Did a fantastic job numbered us so it was easier.Good food great times. Definitely be back.
We ordered avocado egg rolls and chicken thighs (asked specifically to be well done). Egg rolls came burnt and tasted weird, we asked the waitress to changed it. She came back brought the same order and said, “the manager said it’s fried and supposed to be like that”. Then we said, “it’s ok we don’t want it”. Then, we started eating the chicken thighs and I noticed moderate amount of blood in it, not just one but almost all of it. We spoke to the waiter asked him to return it. Waiter was so apologetic and kind, he said he will removed those to our bills. It was all good, it happens sometimes and we understand. Here comes the manager (Jonathan). He was giving us a lengthy lectures that egg rolls and chicken thighs we’re supposed to be like that and there’s nothing wrong with them. I felt so insulted, he made me feel stupid and doesn’t know anything what those food supposed to look or taste. We are a frequent customer in this establishment that’s why we knew it’s not right. Manager Jonathan could have just asked us to pay, it could have been much better than justifying a mistake. Manager Jonathan failed the customer service etiquette.
Went to eat here after going to six flags and ordered spaghetti with just pasta sauce since I’m vegan. I told them NO meatballs and they brought spaghetti with meatballs and when I told them they got my order wrong they took the plate back and brought back the SAME dish. This was evident due to the meat bits in my food. safe to say that I am never dining at this location again
The only thing saving this place from getting one star was the server was extremely nice. Entire order was wrong, took wayyyy too long, and on top of that drinks were never brought out for the kids. Won't return.
Love the beer selection, my personal favorite is the Jeremiah Red. The foods usually nothing special but they’ve got a great happy hour menu!
Forks were dirty, no knives, food was slow getting to table and our meals were cold. The workers were nice but I usually like this place but they need to step it up. They are giving me more reason to eat at home.
The food here is always so good, and they have a wide variety of dining options to accommodate everyone's palate. The best part is the beer though, they have high quality brew house beers. The servers are fantastic too, they always make us feel at home here.
