I ordered food and the food arrived it was not the chip that is on the menu it was a french fry that was extremely hard and overcooked. The meat was also hard and overcooked. I shared my complaint with the representative from door Dash who did not respond and acted as if it’s not my problem once I pay my money.
Cool interior, big patio, friendly bartenders, and patrons who try to intimidate people for wearing masks. The perfect place to visit for a quick drink with friends in your home town.
Got to the bar seemed pretty decent. Waited awhile before I could get a bartenders attention which is understandable. Placed an order for food sat down and waited. 10-15mns go by still no food. People are beginning to walk in after me and order food and get there's before mine came out. I went up to the bar 3 different times politely as possible asking since I already paid for it. 35mns go buy and still no food . It's as if my order was forgotten. As I'm ready to ask for a refund, they bringy food out packaged and ready to go. 1st my wife and I wanted to sit down and eat and have a drink. Second learn when to stop serving people who are well over the limit. And finally , seeing how it was late and I was , AT that point time the only afro American in the establishment, bringing me my food 5 mns before closing time when I ordered it well over an hour before IS NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS. From out of town and will NEVER GO BACK
We told management of an issue about a customer reaching over touching my friends beer, flipping us off, and even touching my friend. We have no idea who this guy is we were having a private conversation and management laughed it off and said “well did you enjoy it?” It was only when I said well I don’t think it’s really that funny he came over and said “I’m sorry I hope your experience was okay”. This is to management…you know our experience wasn’t pleasant and you did nothing about it so don’t come over and say that and then walk away. I just moved to the area and will not go back.
Drinks were good and the food was even better, I would go with friends or family.Asad fries were fire!
Hey the food here is top tier and they got a pretty dope environment. You gotta love that beautiful server or bartender named Bri she's so incredible and then the chef tony or chef Nancy those guys are dope.
I asked for water all night and never got help. At closing, the bartender argued with me about plastic cups and how we didn’t order enough drinks to ask for water, etc. Anyways, this place is just another failed attempt for SCV to be relevant. If you like Metallica, Pantera, and poor service, you will love it.Oh, also, the bartender called my wife a bi**h several times for calmly telling her that she was being unnecessarily rude and proving poor customer service.Honestly, this place is gross. Don’t waste your time.Lastly, even though the bar tender was rude and horrible, I don’t blame her because she was understaffed and she was working hard all night. I blame the ownership, and the culture of this place.
Decent bar, deep selection of good call liquor. Menu is diverse and food is decent.
