I got the food at a decent time (20 mins), but they were the worst wings I’ve had in a long time.
This Wingstop is horrible. Customer service was awful, i ordered wings to be delivered through wingstop website and never received the food because the doordash driver delivered it to the wrong house. When I asked the employees at wingstop for a refund or compensation, they said they couldn’t do anything for me. Not to mention I waited one hour and a half for the food to come and it never showed up!

Got to the place, looked dirty, tables were sticky. Workers had their masks under their noses, one of the guys in the kitchen didn’t even bother to put it up above his mouth. The drink machine has no flavored drinks just coke and diet coke. The lady who took my order has an attitude, told me there was no fries I then saw her giving an order of fries to a costumer i stood up and asked again nicely if they had fries and another guy told me they did and then he asked the lady and she said they were only for online orders and they said they would no longer take walk in orders.

Placed an order in the store, cashier named Marcus said that it will be ready in 30 minutes and we waited. After 30 minutes we followed up on the order and he mentioned 5 more mins, waited for like 10 minutes and followed up again and they said still waiting for chicken and said 7 more minutes for the chicken. AGAIN, waited for another 20 minutes and still order not yet ready!!!! Waited for 1hr for just 30 pcs of chicken!!!
