No frills and not the most elegant restaurant around... BUT, its food is down-to-earth and excelllent with good value (taste, portion, and contents vs. cost), reminiscent of hole-in-the-wall, "localized" Chinese restaraunts in Korea! This is what Chinese food is all about - good food, good value, no frills nor shourcuts! This is a pleasant contrary to other such places around this area (especially the one very near this place to which I recently gave 2 stars for its continued erosion of taste, portion, content, and value). I think this will be my go-to place for this type of (comfort food) restaurant. Will try a few more times and update.
This is one of Korean style Chinese restaurant in Santa Clara area that few left. The foods are tasty. Also good price.

incredibly rude server. after she asked us to sit, demanded we order within 5 minutes. we thought maybe it was ok because the kitchen was closing but we realized she was being rude and pushing only us but not the other table in the kitchen! pushed us to pay before we even finished half the food we ordered.the food was also sub par and not fresh at all. really disappointed with this high rated restaurant, which makes me question the authenticity of the ratings.
