I've eaten here a few times. It's pricey, but it never seems like they have any customers, so who knows how long the food has been sitting there. Taste wise, I like it quite a bit, but I would not go out of my way for it.I ordered online once, then got a phone call saying that they were out of the lamb I wanted, and offered to make something else. I declined, and asked them to cancel the order. I ended up getting charged anyway, and had to dispute it with my CC company.I recommend trying it if you like this type of cuisine.
Halal Guys has a slogan on the bag - "We are different". They're right. But not in a good way.Stone cold pita and funky lettuce for a start, the white sauce seems like a chemistry experiment. Their Gyro is not complicated food (it wasn't even wrapped properly) so you worry that worse things go on here.
Food was great. Service was fast but with no personality! And cashier gave out one fork and one napkin for two orders?
We ordered two platters for pickup. Surprisingly found there’s NO SAUCE AT ALL when got home. Also the food was completely cold. So disappointed!
This is by far the worst Halal Guys location I have been to. The rice was hard and crunchy and almost hard to digest. I couldnt even finish my beef platter. I would not recommend this location.
I ordered through doordash. My order clearly mentioned to add extra white sauce and extra hot sauce. They even charged for it. The person who was making order either can't read it or is just lazy. I also paid for hot sauce to go packets. Did not receive them in order.Chicken-falafal sandwich did not have chicken. Terrible management. Waste of money and time. Screw this place.
Great food - and they offer lamb now in addition to the usual chicken and beef.

We ordered two plates via doordash, and they only gave us one. The one we did get didn’t even come with the extra sauces we paid for. What a joke.
