this is a solid mid-range burger place, a step above in and out but a bit worse than five guys. it's about $7 for a decent burger which is juicy and fresh, and there are plenty of condiments like bell peppers and jalapenos. I agree with the others that the customer service is weird, the entire place is run by indifferent Mexicans but hey it's fast food and there's plenty of seating including outdoors

Bad day at The Habit Santa Clara. Usually our food is delicious. But today, Saturday, April 16, 2022 the crispy chicken sandwich was a disappointment, the patty was burnt! After a few bites I tasted the sandwich different and hard, so I lifted the bun and found out that it was no good. Not sure what happened today.

It's a fast food burger joint, definitely. Always pretty solid quality. Hilariously, the tempura green beans are my favorite things on the menu.

Pretty decent. Love ordering thru the app and doing curbside pickup. I can be laaaazzzzzyyyy. Family bundle is great value for 30 bucks. 4 burgers 4 fries and 10pc nuggets. Everyone’s happy ? Took off a star because it’s a bit inconsistent, sometimes the food is better than other times. Usually pretty good though.

Is a very quality Burger. Is clean place and caring staff. The 5 star review is an informed choice here.

Hi! I just recently visited the Santa Clara location with my friends around 10:30. We were not greeted upon entry and when we were scanning the menu, the associate rudely asked if we were ready. We eventually went up and another associate took our order. We ordered the chicken club sandwiches. We realized upon receipt that we were never asked what bread that we wanted. We were just given sourdough bread, when the menu clearly states that you have options. As we were wrapping up our meal, the associate that initially addressed us hovered over our table and told us that they were closed. We were just minutes away from finishing our meal and let her know we would be done soon. The manager approached us shortly after. She complained that she needed to count the money. Mind you, my friend was moments away from finishing her meal. She ranted about how she needed to get home. She asked if my friend needed a to-go box. We were clearly being rushed out and all my friend had left of her meal was a portion of bread and some lettuce. I have been in many dining establishments before and have never been rushed out. This was totally uncalled for, especially since I paid $40 for my meal. I have worked in service for years and know that customers need to be treated better. I need to be refunded the entire balance for our meal for that despicable treatment. I am appalled!

Your food can be as good as it wants to be but your service is absolutely despicable . I came in tonight with 2 of my friends and we were not greeted whatsoever . Only asked rudely by a girl: “are you ready yet?” Then we ordered and eventually are approached by the same girl who proceeds to tell us they’re closed and then eventually the manager comes to me and asks if I want a box or to go bag which I clearly didn’t , I wanted to finish my food! They clearly were trying to rush me and us and get us out asap. The manager started whining about how she can’t be there all night and count the money for closing etc and how she has things to do which clearly means she doesn’t care about our satisfaction. They were so disrespectful. I love habit but not this location. Never again . She even said it was almost 11:30 when it was practically before 11:15. She was saying anything she could to get us to leave . I never finished my sandwich, I literally had 1 slice of bread left . I have worked in customer service for YEARS and this is NOT how you keep a following of guests. You’ve lost a customer.

The cashier , Yadira gave me so much attitude simply because She couldn’t answer a simply question regarding the menu AND took my order wrong .. How does 3 burgers 2 being a meal fries and a drink run a total of $80 ..she couldn’t get our order correct after repeating over and over finally after 10 minutes standing there going back and forth trying to get my order correct GEEZ I lost it… I will leave it at that .. it’s ok to mess up I get it , but be polite to people don’t give then attitude nor expect it back …

Food is better than most other habits around. Service is so so. This location definetly seems to get overwhelmed

Some of my favorite burgers, fast service, and a really clean location. I highly recommend the Santa Barbara Char and the Green Bean Fries withe the ranch dressing. Their lemonade is also surprisingly good.
