Food tastes good. I had pasta (customized ingredients) asked for chicken but didn’t get that with the pasta. Waiter offered to serve chicken on a separate plate later.Front desk was a little understaffed. After receiving the text message they kept helping new customers and we waited another 10 minutes for someone to guide us to the seats.Lastly, someone turned on the electric heaters in the patio area in some 70F summer afternoon. We asked for help but staff said it was probably turned on on purpose and just left. We were lucky enough to finish lunch very soon but don’t know what happened to the customers later :( Is this new way of speeding up customers?
It was fun!!! This was my first visit to The Cheesecake Factory in Santa Clara. It was huge and too much crowded. I will highly recommend advanced booking because crowd on weekend was unbelievable. I liked the food here and the dessert. Overall it's good place to hang out for 2-3 hours. Alex took care of our order and provided excellent service. Good thing is they do customize food based on requirement and we tried lots of different pasta, pizza, avocado toast, soft drinks. Overall we enjoyed the evening!
1. Our server never used a face mask. Only server without a mask. 2. Too expensive for greasy fast food quality food 3. The dim lights are just agism towards people above 40 who need more light to read, see and assess what they are eating, and adjust their eyesight.
The food was great and I tried the tiramisu cheesecake, my daughter had vanilla bean cheesecake and my mom had the traditional cheesecake. We all ordered pasta and salad. The waiter we had was very kind and made sure our waters and sodas was refilled. My daughter loves the bread and butter they bring out at the beginning. It was my birthday and I had such a nice time here.
We came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The food was very overcooked and not fresh. We waited an hour before we got our food. When our food arrived, shortly after, we seen some sort of bug crawling on the wall. After smashing it and looking at it, it look like some sort of roach . I felt really disgusted at that point and just wanted to leave. This is what we discovered when we open up this dish.
An American food chain restaurant that serves pastas, salad, fish, seafood, flatbread pizza and of course cheese cakes. serving is big and can be shared. They give free bread and we liked the brown soft bread. The interior is really beautiful and good for large groups. Save some space for dessert and don’t miss out their delectable cheesecake.
Server was super friendly and attentive. Food was cooked well and flavorful. The sauce on the stuffed mushrooms was deliciously rich and my favorite part, presentation a little messy. Overall great experience even though the wait was pretty long. This place was PACKED for the lunchtime rush so plan ahead!
I placed a curbside order that advised that my order would be ready by 6:34pm. I received an email that started the same, and advised that I would receive a text once my order was ready. I arrived at 6:40pm, and still no text, so I called the restaurant. The "server" who answered the phone advised that the kitchen was backed up and that I should wait to receive a text notifying me that my order was ready. By 7:34pm, still no text, so I decide to walk into the restaurant, only to be asked my name and then be handed my food. Needless to say, by now my food is lukewarm, and only God knows how long it had been ready. The cashier who gave me my food offered no apology, so I walked away. I can honestly say the service was better during the pandemic shutdown, Cheesecake Factory actually cared about providing a good experience and great customer service. Do better; and still no text
I came from Sacramento to the bay area and thought the cheesecake factory was a safe choice for a decent meal. I ordered a chicken, bacon, swiss, avocado sandwich with no tomato and sweet potato fries on the side. I didn't get my sweet potato fries, which I paid extra for. There was no cheese or bacon at all. There was avocado on one side only and clearly the one thing I didn't want (tomato) was unfortunately added. We drove 20 minutes each way, then waited 30 min past our pickup time for this disgusting food. It's embarrassing this was even served. Jack in the box could do better. Doesn't even deserve one star.
Never disappoint going here, the portion was good , can always share if you are not too hungry. The springroll is good but i like chilis version better. The shrimp pasta is top notch, i would give 90/100. The salad was okay should pick the other one i think . They have a good policy during this covid that they cant have big parties (i think to avoid people hanging around too long and its better for them to have faster turnover ?)
