Had a mobile order today and my experience was perfect. Ordered the toasted cheddar chalupa deluxe box. Really enjoyed the new Brisk Dragon Paradise Sparkling Iced Tea, which was a really not-too-sweet grape drink(?) Not too sure, inhaled it though, refreshing on a hot Santa Clara day.The toasted cheddar chalupa was great but the cheddar didn't really stand out to me. The 5-layer burrito and crunchy taco that came with the combo were made just right.Everything tasted great ? simply good customer service, friendly, and really fast with the mobile order!All the times I've visited the lobby I just noticed the environment was nice and clean. My new go-to Taco Bell (did they add the drive thru recently? I must be tripping as I just noticed and used it)Perfect location near the City Library and park. Tacos are certainly welcome at picnics there.
Nice and clean, fast and accurate service. The only problem is the Taco Bell App, which is only available in Spanish and no choice for English.You are supposed to download the App, scan the barcode on your OFFICIAL RECEIPT to earn points but what if you DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH, ENGLISH ONLY, PLEASE!

I love taco bell ,so disappointed they no longer have taco salads . Bring back the old menu please ?
