I had the same experience they said they couldn't honor my coupon for buy one foot long and get one free, instead they charged me $5 00 for the second one. They said the coupon wasn't on the register. Otherwise everything was fresh. I will not be going back there. By the wat is this against the law? Especially if the coupon states buy get 1 free

It looks this shop has different owner, I was trying to use coupon and she said this coupon doesn’t work on roast beef , I don’t understand how she comes with this excuses to ignore my coupon how ever I used the same coupon on same order in fair oaks and El Camino Real branch with no problem , extremely poor customer service.

My wife had a very unpleasant experience here 2 days ago and yesterday. Tues was National Sandwich Day. (Yes, really. :-) It's a "thing"!) She had a coupon from Subway on her phone valid until yesterday, buy a 12" sub and get one free. They wouldn't honor it. They said it had to be ordered online, which is not true. You click through the coupon to get one of those square bar codes, and they scan it in right then and there. Not only was she treated condescendingly by the owner or manager, they lied, in that you do not have to order online to redeem the coupon. There are other Subways around, so we won't be going to this one any longer. Hopefully the corporate company understands that they have people like this running their shops.
