Disrespectful staffs. I kindly asked for a Venti cup of water and they freaking gave me nasty attitude!!
I work here in this mall, i come here nearly every day for a large almond milk latte. I've been here about 5 times a week for the passed 2 years and they've only messed up my order(s) like twice and I'm pretty sure it was because i didn't annunciate my add-ons correctly. 5 Stars for great service, great workers, and starbucks-tier food which is a pretty low standard but that's on the company, not the workers.

Good service and consistent coffee!
They messed up my Espresso Frappucino completely. They didn't put a shot of espresso in it. They also put too many pumps of the Frappucino roast when I said 1 pump. Did not follow the directions for specifications. Will not be ordering from inside the mall again.

I had visited this Starbucks on 10/04/2021 with myself(Christina) and kids. There was no wait line and store was spacious and kept clean. I had my photo taken with my kids in store for memory. As we were just getting out of the house taking a walk getting out of the house for enjoyment.Store staff and customers were all very nice and friendly. They had even accommodated my request on adding an additional flavors to my drink since I could not taste it. Bad service, we bought cup and have recipe but they don't want refunds full money, they said this cup on-sale now and just refunds sale price now . This is baďdddddffff.
