New girl named "Mia" very condescending and nicely rude... Made my drink after she took two other orders. That had two or more drinks ? looks me in the eyes and says sorry... Ok... I just need my coffee... She then makes my drink MESSY! Has all of Starbucks ingredients all over the counter... She was being funny ? I also ordered extra crunchy... Cuz it's important... When I say she made me the WRONG DRINK PURPOSELY! I JUST ASKED WHEN CONNIE IS COMING BACK!? SHE'S THE MANAGER... WE MISS HER. LINES ARE LONG BUT HER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE ADMIRABLE! And It was not about NOT getting the extra crunch I ordered. It was about the service that was rendered to me and my Hubby. She had the right to refuse service. And didn't do it I would have respected that more. Then her patronizing and condescending services that she did offer. Sorry NOT ? SORRY. By the way... When we ordered I only ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch, a venti ice water, and a cold milk and she's charged me for a steam milk... I never got the ice water... I originally told her to enjoy the drink and I walked away. But my husband still had a little time before he had to be at work. He convinced me to go in and ask her to remake the drink. And I did. But guess what???Little to no CRUNCH! SHE SMILED WISHED ME A GOOD DAY AND I BIDED HER A GOOD DAY AND A FAREWELL... HOPEFULLY YOUR SERVICE IS DIFFERENT AND EXPERIENCES DIFFERENT THAN MINE WHEN IT COMES TO MISS MIA... ???? COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY UNBOTHERED.

the worst Starbucks experience ever, geeze the barista by the name Rachel was soo rude that I wont be visiting this starbucks ever. I will filling a complaint with the company. So dispointed

Friendly staff, but super slow service!

I got a mug and wanted to redeem my points for it. Firstly, the lady behind the counter was not at all friendly. She told me she couldnt scan the qr code and wanted to scan the straight line code. I got it scanned and after leaving the place, I realized that I was actually charged for the mug and my points weren’t redeemed at all.

Keep us waiting for quite long when the new staff was just making one coffee. Poor communication. Horrible attitude. I ordered large size with sugar, end up getting a super mini size without sugar. Not sure how could this coffee shop survives when they have no idea how to make the right coffee. No wonder neigbours went to Peets.

i thought this store is great. i've been buying my coffee in here for 3 months.
