I mobile ordered 4 days in a row this week. 2 days I didn’t get my drink when I picked it up because they were too lazy to make them. This was terrible.Do not mobile order nitro cold brew since they just placed empty cup without filling it up until you asked. God, I never experience this in other stores.
Indoor and outdoor seating. No crowds. Good place to meet up in these covid times.
You might wonder why I gave 1 star. I thought all starbucks are the same until I visit this store for a long time. Actually, this store is fancy and in a good spot. Btw, this store has two team. One is taking care of mobile and the other is for walk in order. I am the person who order online bc I don't want to wait. Btw in this store it does not work. Most of the time, walk in is way faster. Also, if you order cold brew, you can see your empty cup just stands at the bar until you ask to fill out. This store should be flex by count of orders in mobile and walk in. Also, this store doesn't take mobile order almost once per week. So I try to avoid this store.

The only thing I like in Starbucks is the Pink Drink. It was great until recently. The ratio of refresher and coconut milk is completely messed up One time is an accident, but twice in a row… I guess they’ve forgotten how to make a Pink Drink. Two stars for my past happy memories here.

Lovely space to chill and grab a bite. Service is a little slow and they didn't get the order quite right. Otherwise decent experience.
Horrible service. The baristas made me wait for 30 minutes claiming that my order from the Starbucks app hadn’t come through. Only when the manager was involved, did the order magically show up and they claimed they were out of what I had ordered.Really unacceptable service. They lied to me for no good reason, and wasted my time.
