I really like this brand. However, the french fries at this store are a bit disappointing, like a sponge soaked in oil? But, The burger was delicious.
Oh how I wish I took a picture, but I was way too hungry and the avocado bacon cheeseburger and cheese fries smelled SO good! The cheese fries were delicious; much tastier than In N’ Out (personally). The avocado bacon cheeseburger had fresh, light green avocado, crispy bacon, and a natural angus beef with American cheese. They have quality food. It took awhile for it to be ready, but they were very busy at the time. Regardless, it was well worth the wait. My all time favorite burger restaurant.
Ordering was quick and easy. My order was ready at the time it said it would be. Overall the food was okay. I’m not sure the food in this picture is worth $20; maybe half that. I’ve been to a couple of their locations. I don’t think this place is worth coming back to at peak rush hour; really only might worth it when it isn’t busy and you happen to already be in the area.
Good burgers and good shakes. The fries aren’t my favorite and adding the buffalo seasoning didn’t help out. If you haven’t been to shake shack I would recommend you try it! The meat is so good

It was ok, not great but not bad. No seating, had to wait for 10+ minutes for a table. Watched in disbelief when a customer asked a young employee to wipe their table off... The young lady left their table, without washing it, went outside in the rain and tried to wipe off a table... In the rain. We all watched as she tried without success to wipe the water off the table, then move on to the benches, still in the rain. Overall a strange experience....
popular burger place located at Westfield Valley fair. contactless ordering. indoor and outdoor dining available
It’s always busy but don’t worry, it’s moving very fast. You can choose either dine-in or to go. The lines forms at the entrance inside the mall, then you will place the order by yourself at one of 4 iPads. Enter your name, phone number or email to get the notification when then order is ready. We chose dine-in, there are employees came to ask the order’s name than they brought the food for us. Very friendly and helpful employees they have, excellent service! The beef and chicken hamburger were awesome, some of my family members didn’t like the Truffle Sauce but I do like it, flavorful yummy. Hotdog is ok, nothing special.
Fallen from grace. Avoid! This is the worst Shake Shack outlet I've been to (New York, Seoul, Singapore, Hong Kong, LA etc)Photos:1. Soggy burger bun with cardboard-dry patty2. Improperly fried chicken bites with batter fallen off the chickenOn top of this we waited 40 minutes for food, saw our ticker kept getting pushed back in their queue system.
Similar menu and atmosphere to In-N-Out. But they do everything better. I'm from Oregon and grew up near neither of those, and only moved to California this year. So I think my opinion is mostly non-biased.First, the service here was great. Employees actually had time to come to our table and offer us water, and extras even though its a counter-order restaurant. It really elevated the experience. I've never seen fast food have such good dine in experience.Loaded fries? Absolutely delicious. They use a real cheese sauce, a mix of cheddar and some else. Compare to In-N-Out, it's just a slice of melted American cheese, not a sauce. The buns are amazing. Patties are large. In general, really great.I highly recommend.
