My food was spilled when my order was handed over to me. The disposable bento box was very unstable. I asked if I could get a new order as it was spilled while being handed over. They did not respond. They ignored me totally. Worst customer service. Will not come back.
Horrible customer service!! I wouldn’t buy my food with them ever again, I asked to pay for extra noodles and all the workers were absolutely rude to me, I never insulted or acted rude towards any of them and only asked to pay for extra noodles and they rudely said that I would have to buy a whole other meal for that. 0/10 worst experience ever
I almost have lunch here 3 time a week, it's always crowded and the food is most of the time awesome
Usually I like this place, but today my wife came home with food from here for me and 3 bites in and I find a long hair in my food and that just absolutely ruins my whole day and now I can never eat at this place again,because all I’ll think about is the long hair that was Marinating in my chicken Teriyaki and rice!
Absolutely the worst restaurant ever here is why .. the food it smells like rotten food and I found a nail in the food make and unprofessional teamDont GO there save your stomach and money ?????
Japanese fastfood at the foodcourt of Westfield Valley fair. they have chicken teriyaki, bento boxes with dumpling, vegetables and california maki. service is fast. Fresh food. Taste is just ok, maybe need a little bit of sauce or seasoning .
Luv the food, always good and hot, very consistent.
They need to cook the chicken & noodles a little bit longer,to kill any bacteria/germs.
Food was good, but customer service is way terrible. I’m talking about sakru japan in valley fair. The one that takes the order don’t really get what i said i kept repeating several times but still the same and he said whatever I don’t know if he really able to comprehend that well, when i about to get my order i corrected it and he start yelling at me his insisting that he get it right, in the first place if he did get it I’m not gonna complain, my explanation is very simple even 1st grader can get it. “ 2 number one with extra chicken and another one no rice, veg, etc just teriyaki chicken only, how he cannot get it? Instead he put 3 combos, its kinda dumb.My point is don’t put anyone there to take orders if he don’t comprehend that well, and who he think is he to yell at me.
