Not worth the price. I had gone today for lunch and regretted going there. They have very few veg options in buffet. Most of the non veg appetizers utensils were not having the food. In dessert they had only Kheer and gajrela on hot summer day. No ice cream for kids. Had to ask for bread twice to get it served. Will look for other options not going again.
We went to mountain view Sakoon and had high expectations as the food quality was too good there. I ordered Tandoori chicken from El camino Sakoon and the chicken was pathetic. Chicken was stale and tasted bad.Everybody took one bite and said the same thing that it’s bad!I have to throw full tandoori chicken, will not order from here again!Evening spoiled &Wasted Money!
4.5 stars - a little on the pricey side for a lunch buffet, but food was great across the board. We went in expecting the lunch buffet to be $18.99 per plate, which was already a little on the pricey side for us, but the sign on the door had upped it to $19.99 - not sure if it's only for Saturdays, or a change to their overall buffet pricing that has yet to be updated online. Regardless, we went in and were greeted right away and given a booth table. It wasn't very crowded, and the buffet was well-stocked for 2PM on a Saturday. There were a lot more veg options than non-veg, but everything we tried (chicken biryani, chicken tikka masala, dahi vada, pav bhaji, aaloo tikki, chana chaat, veg pakoda, lychee halwa, banana custard) was great! For the lunch buffet the naan is brought to the table hot, definitely the highlight for us.Good vibes for the interior, buffet section was clean and well managed, service was prompt with the check and water refills. I'd definitely go back for the buffet, but also for dinner to try the rest of their menu when I'm ok to spend a little more per plate.
Food was nice, felt over-priced. I had the lamb biryani which was good, my partner had the chicken tikka which was also pretty good. I went during the weekday for dinner, there was no one at the restaurant just a few men drinking and being rowdy.
This buffet has very good food. Do miss the Mango Ice-cream machine and the self-serve soft drink machine. Food was mild and not very spicy. Many vegetarian items and some meat dishes. The goat was well prepared.Do wish they had gloves to use at the buffet but we brought our own.Outstanding management!
Really liked paneer tikka and peas kulcha.
The non veg platter is too good. Biryani and mocktails are amazing. I love the quantity of food. Customer service is amazing.A place to love food with Sukoon, with lovely ambience and with your lovely people ??
Very spacious family restaurant. Food was above average, though I was expecting more given reputation of their mountain view location. My favorite was Rumali roti. Service was inconsistent. We had to send some roti back because it was cold. Took them a while to bring back the warm one.
They have ruined the menu and quality under their brand name.I had terrible experience with the food and the staff member. They tricked me and over charged way more than the buffet price was. I realized it after reaching home and called then back to ask for justification. But only got the rude response from the front desk instead of apologizing for the mistake.Plenty of far better upscaled restaurants are available in bay area to go and escape this one.
Used to be a to go restaurant for us during the pandemic.Quality was always good and tasty. But yesterday night for the first time was served with stale chicken. Didn't expect this from a restaurant with high quality standards.
