This place was a wonderful experience and if you haven't been to Red Robin in a while, (several years?), in addition to their old favorites. You'll find quite a selection of new items. The wait staff at this location were very friendly and attentive. even though they were preparing to close. We ordered several endless items in anticipation of actually wanting additional rounds, but we filled up on floats which were very good as usual.I would absolutely recommend coming here if you like burgers and endless fries. The fries were amazing, but we got the garlic upgrade version and the side of cheese "fondue" as well. It was just a cup of melted cheese with bacon in it, but very good nonetheless.Thanks for taking care of us ladies, we really appreciated the service and attention to our float NEEDS.
I took a friend here as we both have May birthdays. The waitress could have cared less. Never asked if we wanted more fries, never wished us Happy Birthday. Never asked if we wanted dessert. If I want to be neglected I can just stay home. I eat out every day, this is second time I felt neglected on my birthday. I will never be back. Red robin is a tradition for me ever since I visited the original one in Seattle. I used to go to the one in the great mall before it closed, so this one became the closest. Overall still good, but the newer "seasonal" items don't seem to be worth the hype. I would stick with the classics such as the O rings, gourmet burgers (may fav being royal red robin burger) or finest burgers. As usual, bottomless soda and fries.
The banzai burger is my ultimate favorite burger to get from Red Robin. Great quality of ingredients! The thick, sweet and savory teriyaki sauce with the warm tender pineapple really does make it taste like your eating a gourmet burger but in a fast food kind of way. Best sweet potato fries I’ve had in a long time, great onion rings too especially with the best dipping sauce they got the Campfire sauce it’s a must try.
Ordered southern charm and black&bleu. The burgers gets extremely small compared to before Covid. Southern charm has no sauce in it and the patties are burnt!
It's a standard Red Robin. We eat there every Mon. If you get the waiter Oggie, you will not be disappointed, ask for him. Clean and the food is better than most Robins
Madlove burger and Monster burger ware great. Wish they would not serve everything at once, spreading it out some would have been nice, salad, onion rings, fries and burgers all at once over fills the table besides some was cold before we could finish. Mud pies are huge and unbelievably great. Wedge fries were good. Onion rings were great.
A tiny container 20% filled, that's the mac&cheese size. And the manager insisted it's the right size. If it's inflation just increase the price by a dollar don't cut the size to ridiculous level. Hungry kid = upset mom = no returning customer.

This restaurant is almost always colder than comfortable inside. Today it’s 50 degrees outside and blowing rain, and it felt warmer outside in the rain than it did inside. The entire staff was wearing heavy sweaters and coats. I was wearing three layers and it was still uncomfortably cold inside. I don’t know what Scrooge is is withholding coal for the heater, but maybe his heart will grow three times bigger, and make it comfortable inside for everyone.
