Shame on them for charging convenience fees! The tea tasted bad and there were orange SEEDS in my drink that went up my straw that I almost ate wtf.. o__o
Located on 2nd floor of valley fair mall. Ordering online is faster and easier than ordering in the line. Quite a lot of interesting drinks but has been quite popular recently. The buckwheat drink is pretty good but definitely get full sugar otherwise the buckwheat will be very overpowering
I really love the flavor variety at Rabbit Rabbit Tea (and their white boba is one of my favorites in the South Bay)- however, their drinks are extremely sweet. I ordered their Assam Rose Milk Tea at both 25% and 0% sweetness and they tasted the same (read: like 100% at other boba places like Yifang)!I had much better luck with their Kyoto Match w/ Rose, which was not as sweet, as well as the Iron Buddha Milk Tea. Both were fantastic teas and well balanced, with great boba to boot. For a vegan option, they have an oat milk option, and their house creamer is dairy free acc to Yelp.Please consider making your rose drinks less sweet as it ruins an otherwise great drink!
My go to favorite place for rose milk tea in the bay! Drinks tend to be on the sweeter end so I will opt for 30% sweetness.
The worst milk tea I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve visited hundreds of different milk tea bar.We ordered Japanese buckwheat milk tea and taro milk tea with boba and paid extra money to get the “real milk”. Both milk tea taste like water. Boba is above average, but milk tea itself is so bad that I won’t even drink it for free.

The buckwheat tea options here are great! I love the nutty flavor and the fact that it's non-caffeinated. I also appreciate that they have kid menu options. The cup was smaller and my daughter loved hers!
