Drive thru for mobile order pickup, which I’ve never seen before. You can order ahead but you have to wait in line with others who haven’t ordered. Save life try another location.Edit:In the next day, all of our 3 (2 adults and a dog) who ate the food had diarrhea. Highly doubt the chicken is not fresh.
Avoid this place if you plan to get a pickup order. Since you must use drive thru!!!UNLESS YOU KNEW SOMEONE WORK HERE, YOU CAN SKIP THE LINE AND LET YOUR OWN WORKER DELIVERY YOUR ORDER TO YOUR CAR.?
Always something wrong with my order. I literally rather drive 10 minutes out to the one by west field way better and faster service.
Ordered a 2 piece meal. the white chicken was juicy. but didnt care for the coleslaw or rice. Staff could be a little more friendlier too.
I ordered 3 pc fried chicken. It was very delicious. Nice and crispy and yet doesn't look very oily unlike the other Popeyes that I previously visited. It was fresh and hot as well.
Been there twice at two different weekends. The chicken was relatively fresh (newly fried). But once it was very salty. And I guess they'll always run out of dipping source and ice in the soda machine (happened to me one of two visits).
I went to this Popeyes and the employee had trouble hearing our order when I was shouting the order out loud, then after that they still got our order wrong when I repeated the saying of the Chicken Sandwich “Plain” then they told us that the soda machine didn’t work and they only had Diet Coke and Fanta. Terrible Customer service and would not recommend this Popeyes to anyone else.
I have always loved Popeyes chicken and still love it at specific locations, but the one at 1790 El Camino Real is the worst. My online order was not ready when I arrived (But their website said it would be available for pick up). It took almost an hour and continuous interactions with the register guy for the order to be ready. I was annoyed, but still, it was okay since these stuff happens with the employee shortage and everything. The part that bothered me the most was the cleanliness of the place and the way the staff handled the food. The place was not clean(cleaning cloths everywhere), the staff did not wear gloves(specifically, the guy who was handling the food), and there was a guy who was cleaning the top food counter with food still under the counter, he had a nasty cloth, and the water from the cloth was sprinkling all over the place. I would not go back here and advise people who like food to do the same. There are many other Popeyes locations that has excellent quality and service.
Knocked off a star because their card machine wasn't working and they ran out of hottie sauce. Other than that, Popeye's chicken is ?
this is the worst popeyes i have ever been too, it took 20 mins sitting in a drive thru to get my order and then on top of that they messed up my order and gave me someones order and i was charged over double for someone elses food that i dont even like. btw its closed now and i cant even get my order or my money back. B.S.
