Solid place for a business lunch. Really enjoying sitting outside on a nice day.

Whenever I have friends or family visit, itâs gotta be Piattiâs. To keep it fresh and interesting, they change their menus depending on what is in season. Great service and delicious food. Very fancy on the inside but feel free to dress casual! This place is popping at the end of the workday. Reservations recommended but not essential. Their patio is the spot for sunsets. 5 stars all around.
Recommendations from John (?) were excellent. There was a miscommunication re: two salads vs one, taken care of with grace. Overall quality of food and service was impeccable. Sun-filtered dining room, quiet given the early lunch was perfect. Weâll be back!
Good place for business lunches
The waitress spilled the water pitcher and got my purse wet and my dress. I understand that mishaps can happen and that is not the reason why I rated the service as low. She rarely came to the table to see what else we needed, whereas the waitress for the table next to us was there constantly. Our waitress gave us a discount on our tab for the water incident but the service should be improved.

Piatti is a very nice Italian restaurant in Santa Clara. Nice decor and atmosphere. Great attention to detail in this restaurant. Lots of nice touches. I can list them in this review, but it's better if you see for yourself. You won't be disappointed! They have a nice selection of alcoholic beverages at the bar. I had one of their signature cocktails. The Italian dishes were good as-well. I had the Chopinno. Very tasty, I must say.
