Pretty good soup and the beef is tasty. The drinks are always hit or miss so I wouldn't order one. The tapioca is either very raw or overcooked.

Just ordered from this at like 1AM. They made it super quick and unlike most places, it didn’t decrease the quality so props to them. I ordered the Cha Gio which was really tasty and the sauce was really good. I had the Korean steak bowl for my entree and while it wasn’t spicy as most Korea food is, it still hit the spot and the proportions were pretty generous considering the price. I will be returning in the future.

I have been to at least 5 different Pho Hoa locations, but only this one has decided to make a rule of not giving raw steak for takeout. Therefore they gave us smelly cooked beef that tasted like garbage. Do they know that people buy raw meat all the time? from grocery store to sushi to poke.

I've visited this particular Pho Hoa in Santa Clara a few times and definitely holds a great stop if you're feeling sick and in need of soup. Otherwise I had the seared garlic steak option and overall holds well with distinct flavor. Staff is relatively friendly and the place holds well for cleanliness and restaurant hygiene. Sometimes the music can be a bit loud, but shouldn't be an issue dining in.

I ordered food to-go and my food didn’t come out until 30 minutes after everyone else’s (including dine-in and takeout). I had asked who appeared to look like the owner if an order was mine after people who arrived after had started getting their orders. He answered the phone and swatted me away to keep quiet. I was shocked and upset with how it was handled. After, he asked what I had ordered and asked for my receipt but I didn’t ask for one. Instead, I told him what I ordered and never checked back in. It was upsetting because I enjoy eating here but this definitely ruined my experience.

#2 on the menu hits on a cold night. This place has great pho but gets pretty packed in the colder seasons. Aside from that, pretty gold price, couldn't recommend a pho place I like better.

Ordered a Vermicelli bowl and pho for lunch. The chicken was chewy and lacked the crunch. The staff is full of friendly faces but the food could have been better.

Amazing! Me and my mom usually go to this place for a girls night or whenever I’m sick. The broth tastes good, the noodles are al dente and their side dishes, such as the popcorn chicken, are really good. I anticipate that the popcorn chicken is crispy and cooked perfectly, and guess what? It did! And the best thing about this is that you can eat pho when you’re sick, when it’s raining, when it’s cold, or whenever you’re craving it! I would recommend this place

It was really good. Broth was healing. Noodles were fresh. Veggies fresh. Meat was a bit cooked, but still good. Helps me stay skinny.

It's great for an easy quick hot pho on rainy days and to top it off cold Taro boba smoothie on hot summer days! Food is decent, not the best vietnamese but it does the job
