I’ve never left any negative reviews for any places so far, but I have take the time today to put my reviews here.The two young ladies working at the cafe (6/17) were very cold and I feel like customers were just an inconvenience to them. The lady who took my order was very impatient. Then, the drink was prepared wrongly, no apologies were given…The thing annoyed me the most was that both ladies ignored me when I asked for the correct straw for the new drink. It was not even busy at the store by that time...I would like to remind these two ladies, customer come to the store is not to pay 5+ dollars to bear with your attitude and let you ruin their days. A little improvement on the customer service would be great.
Thank you for the genuine concern. A couple things were not ideal. The young lady at the register for the order was not hospitable to me or others. Seemed like we were an inconvenience. The pastry I was given was not what I ordered. The person who talked to me when I returned needed to make sure I knew I was wrong and did not start w a good attitude or solution. In the end the party I was with figured out the signs in the display were off. This had me asking for one thing and they knew what that was not seeing at the signs were off. Communication break down.My issue was how she handled me from the jump. Customer service is coming w a solution not a need to correct me ?I could give several examples where a small concession and kindness benefited a business with huge rewards. Thank you again for your interest in understanding the situation.
Hi Guys, what has happened with your working hours? You changed it from 5.30am-5pm that was great to 7.00am - 12.45pm and turn off mobile order. Is it for a while?
I like peets products but the service here was not good . The workers were legit just standing around talking for the most part . My cashier lacked any sort of a personality or desire to assist me . They don’t greet much either . They stood around not cleaning it something
This is my favorite place to get coffee. Staff is always providing the best customer service, I always feel welcome and enjoy hanging out. Lots of indoor (and outdoor) seating making it a great place to catch up on work with a great cup of Joe.
My Bestie and I named BRI went out for a Coffee and this weekend on Saturday morning and were told while the cashier was kneeling down behind the cash register!! They were out of SKIM!! MILK!! Also, the floors were wet inside the store from mopping without warning signs anywhere.

This is my favorite place to get coffee. I love to come here every week to video chat with my mom. The baristas are friendly and there is lots of outdoor and indoor seating. The bathrooms are always clean as well. I also like using the Peet's Coffee app here.
They have Garuda back at the store. Was mail ordering it for 6 months.
