Excellent meal and outstanding service!!!
Food was decent. The main driver of the low stars is the service. We went in the early evening and there were maybe 3 other tables of people dining (all small tables) inside and several more tables outside and more than enough staff wandering around (I counted at least 7 wait staff, excluding hostess, manager, and bartender). Yet is till took over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and in fact, we had to ask a waitress standing near our table if someone could take our order. At this point the service appeared to improve whereby food arrived quickly and the waitress we had ordered with periodically checked in on us. Once we were done, we then had to wait a long time again (more than 10 minutes) and had to ask someone else to bring us our bill since we couldn't find our waitress. Service level really needs some improvement especially since it was a quiet time in the restaurant.
The shrimp was overcooked however they were able to replace it and we're kind and understanding about it. The fish taco fish was overcooked. Seemed like not enough care was spent on cooking the expensive seafood.
The service wasnât great, served wrong drinks, took a while to take our order. The food was good and ambiance were good!
We dined at Pacific Catch the week before and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately there were two very large tables in for dinner and it caused chaos. Service was friendly and our waiter did his best but my dinner (the same as I had had the week before) arrived hardly warm, and even the second try had cold rice and quinoa. My dinner was comped, so I don't like to complain - and the waiter tried so hard he really made the experience much better than it could have been. (In fact, the way he treated us saved the evening.) However, on this occasion we were disappointed. It was a shame, as the week before when it wasn't so busy, was fantastic.

Disappointing compared to other locations. Service was very slow yet the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Staff was milling about the high top inside. Appetizers came about three minutes before the mains and the drinks 10 minutes after that reflecting poor kitchen management. No plates or anything else at the time of appetizer delivery. Nothing special about the food, "Okonomiyaki" was deep fried Brussels Sprouts, with little relation to the real item. Interior was very noisy even with about half occupancy. Company seems to be expanding too quickly and needs to get new locations running smoothly before moving on. Other locations such as Mountain View are much better managed.
