Service was friendly but lacked competence. They had no challah bagels. They had no ice water. They suggested to drink striaght hot water from the coffee machine but I convinced them to pour room temp tap water instead. Both bagel sandwiches were soggy and bland. Overall just really lame.
This location has issues with bagel availability. I ordered a chocolate chip bagel on their app to pick up, but the order wasn't there when I arrived. I wait and wait and wait...finally somebody asks what I'm waiting for. I told them my name and order, and come to find out, they didn't have ANY chocolate chip bagels then. On a Saturday morning. Would have been nice to know when I had ordered.This wasn't the first time they were out of certain bagels already on Saturday morning.
Love Noah’s. But this particular location is messed up on so many levels! They can easily make you wait for 10 minutes while they just casually walking around like it’s not their job. They all look unhappy and resentful and always, and I mean it, EVERY SINGLE TIME I was there, they forgot something or something was wrong, or they just forgot to tell me they were out of my bagels and just continued being lazy. Omg the worst staff I ever seen. Don’t waste your money and time, they will kill your mood
I was there at 1pm and the person at the counter was really rude. As always they were out of Jalapeño bagels. I asked for coffee, he said no coffee as they shut off their machine. I asked why and he says coz they close at 2pm they shut it at 1pm itself. I asked if the restroom is open he said nope they had closed that too. So basically he had already made up his mind to be rude to anyone who entered their store after 1 guess. So just close the store at 1 if you have such bad attitude. I don’t come to your store everyday and I don’t pay cash to receive bad aura from others. Don’t be negative, if you’re having a bad time take a break.
Awful service. I am only person in the shop and no one attends to me to take my order. The staff is busy chatting and laughing away until additional people enter the shop. then it takes them another ten minutes to process my order, which is just 2 simple bagels. even they are not sure if they have the order I need which I can clearly see they have. skip this place if your time matters to you.
Horrible service, I work for doordash and came in this morning for an order that was supposed to be ready. (They were super slow I don't see why it wasn't.)The two young ladies that were working looked straight at me, didn't acknowledge me for a few minutes so I unassigned the dash. Maybe a customer service training should be held at some point for the ones who don't know how to greet people. 3/7/22
Need to hire another hand here, workers seemed very busy, however I was the only one actually inside and it took over 25 minutes to get a bagel sandwich. It was hot and tasty but you have to plan ahead unless you have an extra half hour!
I had a cheese bagel with jalapeno dressing.It was really tasty and filling!Definitely recommend
Their bagels are amazing and the service here is always fast. They have an awesome selection and the service staff are the best at what they do.
Took onion, asiago & plain and all of them were chewy and warm, even when I mentioned to extra toast on both sides. This wasn't a big deal but bagels also didn't taste fresh.They didn't have any sanitizer and when we asked for plates for our kid we were told that they don't allow dine in and don't keep plates. They should clearly mention on their google page/website that dine in isn't available and have signage in the store.
