Hard to get to now that the mall entrance and parking has changed .Hrs posted are not the same as store hours.Picking up coffee in a pinch is it only positive .Staff friendly and knowledgeable.Parking is far away from boutiqueAnd if you parkIn garage it costs money now.

Extremely difficult to find. It’s located inside Macys on the first floor, near kitchen appliances. Also be aware their hours now are 12-6PM. ? So apart from those issues, one of the ladies working was extremely knowledgeable on everything Nespresso. I’m very impressed. I’d visit here if you have questions about your machine or need recommendations on flavors.

First it is really hard to locate this store, as it doesn't say it is located inside Macy's. The mall directory doesn't share the Nespresso boutique location anywhere.Second, after a lot of searching when I found the store, the sales person whose name was Sergio was very obnoxious. He purposely kept stapling the receipt, when the stapler wasn't working, throughout the conversation and wanted me to go on telling him what I wanted while trying to staple. It was very rude and annoying. I told him, please stop, I will wait till you are done... He disregarded what I said and very very disrespectful!

I just had an awesome experience with Sergio. It was my first time in and I have no clue what I was doing, but he patiently explain led to me the differences between all of the different types of coffee and let me sample a few so I could figure out which ones I liked. Highly recommend coming here and working with him. Great customer service!

It was one of my worst experience I’ve ever had. The person over the counter claimed that he is a supervisor but his attitude was the worst I’ve ever seen. I was working for Nestle for about 8 years and I was one of the senior managers there and still don’t believe such a people work for Nestle. He made me nervous and was not able to help me for my request. Also he said he just stayed open because of me but I checked the site and the boutique should stay open for another half an hour. I suggest Nestle to review its personnel attitude and customer service.

Janelle was amazing, informative, patient.Excellent custo.er service.They did not have the Machine I wanted in stock. she ordered it for me and had it shipped to my home. I left with coffee in hand and an order with everything I needed for my new machine, I purchased as a travel coffee machine for my husband for Valentine's.

Very bad customer service. The sales guy didn't want to answer any of our questions. He was so rude and made us feel so uncomfortable. We have been the nespresso customer for about 7 years now.
