I ordered Uber eats and my colleagues kept asking me where I bought these donuts! This place never disappoints me! Highly recommended! Love black sesame and Lili koi the most! I mean others are pretty good too!
Not bad...especially the chocolate and cookies and cream! I DO NOT recommend the yellow (Leiliki) flavor at all. Pretty pricy too - $15/half dozen. Fun when you're craving a sweet treat.
Melia and team are amazing! She helped me fix an order issue that i had with Uber. I’m here on a weekly basis and the donuts are always warm and fresh!
As a long-time fan of MoDo donuts ever since they set up a pop-up shop in Mitsuwa, I was extremely excited to learn that they now had a brick and motar store. MoDo is here to stay!If you're curious about their flavor options, you can easily check what's their everyday flavors as well as their rotating flavors via their website. When you go to their website be sure to select the correct store location so you can get the most up-to-date flavor information. They usually have about 5 or 6 every day flavors with 2 or 3 rotating ones for each day.My personal favorites include cookies & cream, earl grey, strawberry, and mango (the later two may be seasonal). I have found some of their more tropical flavors like lilikoi (passionfruit) and pineapple to be a bit too sour for my tastes, so if you don't like sour flavors that might be something to keep in mind. You can order both in-person and online (for in-person pick-up). Usually I opt to order online since it's so easy, but I've also ordered in-person before and there's something to be said about a hot, fresh mochi donut. Be aware as with all popular food places, you'll likely encounter a line, but the workers there are pretty efficiently so you shouldn't find yourself waiting too long.Needless to say, once a fan, always a fan. If you're looking for mochi donuts, then look no further MoDo Hawaii is THE place to go!
Light, chewy, and not super sweet - [warm and fresh] mochi donuts are a joy to eat! The black sesame and matcha flavors are top notch
This is officially my new favorite doughnut spot. First off, they're made fresh to order/when you take your first bite they're still warm! I ordered, they fried and glazed them in front of me, and omg you can taste how good they are FRESH. I'll absolutely be coming back here! Staff is also friendly, quick payment, space is clean, and lots of parking.
I love the different flavors. Mochi donuts are always got and fresh. Service is speedy, and workers are polite. I got the honeydew, churro, milk chocolate, and cookie something, lol. All delicious flavors!!
I always love their donuts but the way they do their promo is just shady. Their price list says $23 for a dozen but during the promo, they're charging individual donut pricing even if you purchase a dozen. So instead of $20.7 (10% off $23), you'll be charged $21.6 per dozen which is $1 less saving per dozen. I tried to escalate to the manager but they said there's no one they can escalate to and just ask if I want to cancel the transaction instead. Definitely don't appreciate such dishonest business practice.
So good! I had these in Hawaii but for some reason they taste better here. I’ll still trade the atmosphere there, but you can’t go wrong at this location. They freshly fry their donuts and the churro one is my favorite!
Super delicious mochi donuts! Some of the flavors are really good, such as matcha, and passion fruit. Ube flavor was not very strong. The donuts themselves are all the same and flavors come from the dipping. I like them because they are not as sweet as a regular donut and the chewiness of mochi is very fun to eat.I would have rated them 5/5 if I didn't get my donuts 15 minutes after my preorder pick up time:( This place does get quite busy so be prepared to wait a bit!
