Most locations are good, but not this one. Pattern of poor customer service. Wait time is over 45-60 min tonight.I don’t want to hear sob-story excuses like “due to covid” or “understaffed” – a franchise of such a successful business should be held to higher standards. Just apologize and consider a needed change of management.
The pizzas here are great. Perfectly cooked and soft. I had a pizza with chilli red sauce as a base which I tried for the first time and would definitely recommend. Their cheesy garlic bread is so perfect, not too heavily sauced. One thing which I wouldn't recommend is having fig glaze which tastes like a root beer sauce, hot honey is relatively better.
We eat out allot. But not at places forcing masks. So awesome that at least one person is smart enough to not wear a mask. I'll be back because of that. ?
Placed online order, pick up time was 7:15 pm. When I arrived, it was not ready, they said they have to make it again, would take 7 mins. After 18 mins, I called back, they wanted 4 more mins. They finally came out after 45 mins. They were shameful enough to not be apologetic about it.Pathetic service. When I reached home, the pizzas they gave us are not the ones that we ordered. Never going to go back.
Maybe it was because I ordered the Cheese, Pepperoni, Olive. Thick crust.But it was the dryest; sause was a taste I never experienced before. I love love cold pizza the next morning. So I gave it a second chance. Sorry guys but I barely could get a half piece down. Maybe the lady's with all the trimmings was the way to go . The garlic, cheese bread was also dry.Not a place For me at $19.00.
Was my first time having this pizza and got the Jasper (chicken sausage, mushrooms, Mozzarella) with spicy sauce and roasted garlic. Huge win, and lightning fast, even with several people in line.

Darn good pizza, more toppings than you can shake a stick at, and all at a price that won't break the bank. This isn't just a restaurant, this is a solid plan for any lunch or dinner. I highly recommend the lemonade and the fig balsamic vinaigrette.
