What's up with the bad attitude of the staff? If I politely come to the pickup counter for my pickup order, I shouldn't be given a rude attitude. I can see why the reviews are low for this place. It's dessert, not a prison.
The staff attitude was really bad.I placed order online right before I got there. I checked with the staff to see if they are making my order (because last time they forgot my order and let me wait for over 30mins). The female staff said "Come ask us only if you got the ready message).There is like one order order before me, after 20mins wait, I just went to checked with staff to see how is my order. She saids (the same staff) "Do you receive message??" (with cold attitude again).After about 28mins wait, finally I got my order. But I didn't see my sweet potatoes add-on. I checked with the staff, she said they mix the my mini taro ball and sweet potato ball together in one small cup. Since I usually order twice a week and they always separate my add-ons in different small cup.I said as I know, they are suppose to put in different cup. The staff said " There is no SUPPOSE!" This is exactly what she says.I have no idea what happened to her and why she gave customer attitude.
Tonight again they didn’t give me the correct items and didn’t put in the add-ons I paid 5 dollars for. Missed all the add-ons on every item I ordered. Second time in the last three days.It happens quite frequently, I would say 80% of the time I visited, especially missing the add-on toppings, in this location and I have never experienced this in the Cupertino location.They really should triple check the orders before they hand them to the customers.
As of when I am writing this review, this place has 3 stars on google maps.. I wonder why? This is a 5 star place!From the ordering system to the taste of the first gulp, it's awesome!They are usually quick, but sometimes it get really busy, and you may need to wait.. definitely worth the wait though
Bummed I spent money here. They're pretty rude. You're "forced" to order from the kiosk which fine if it were an option. If you don't know what you're ordering or what to order, it's nice to be able to talk to the cashier. Not an option here. When I went to desk...where a cash register was set up, the guy shooed me away and pointed to the kiosk. Like, I don't have time for you go order and funk off. Maybe they're shortstaffed and busy? Still the boba across the way most def has better service so I'd rather give them my money. Been here twice, hoping first bad visit was a fluke. Omw put a young mom and her mom were saying, "This place has a really bad vibe. They're rude and slow. "

The service is good. I wish the kiosk had more description of the desserts, like what is in each dessert. Our order came out really fast. The toppings and flavors are good, but the ice is really disappointing. It should be shaved and soft and fluffy, but instead it's hard and not enjoyable to eat. It's more like crushed ice than shaved. I hope they can fix this issue.
Great Japanese and Asian inspired snacks! Red bean soups is probably one of my favorite deserts in the world, Meet Fresh does a good version that also includes boba! They also have a console where you can order electronically with plenty of pictures. Recommended.
I had the Boba Milk Tea which was good.
Ordered an ube milk shaved ice to go. But when I got home, I found there is *no* milk in it. It’s absolutely not milk shaved ice, not even shaved ice, just a huge chunk of ice.Awful experience, won’t go there again.
