Love this place! Being from NY, I’m very picky about my bagels, and these are by far the best I’ve had in the Bay. Fresh and tasty every time, and the people are friendly. Highly recommend.
Decent enough. No recent photos of the menu so the price was much higher than expected

Unbaked bagel. Cream cheese like mayo, in taste and quantity.
The staff was very impolite. Were unwilling to even make egg, American cheese, chives and mushroom breakfast bagel without the egg, which is a simple elimination and the refusal was also rude.
This kind of small business will not stay for long. The cashier was so RUDE. Please read other reviews. If it happened to other customers too, it can happen to you. Food was mediocre. We paid more than $20 for terrible bagels and rude service. This is definitely our first and last time here.While other business next door is doing sooo well but this one doesn't bother trying to improve themselves. They don't really realize that all customers who came here walked pass their door to get the donuts next door instead. I'm not surprised and will also do the same thing next time. I will also encourage everyone I know to do the same thing too.Go to donut place next door!
