This was our first visit to Krispy Kreme dought shop in Santa Clara. They are located in the AMC Mercado/WalMart shopping center area. We ran in on a Monday morning to grab donuts for a businessmeeting. The server was super helpful with suggestions to our order. In all a box of mixed donuts was a little pricey and they were very sweet. We would most likely return for another donut run, if we need snacks for an early meeting. It's in a good location, easy to find with lots of free parking. The servers are friendly, polite and helpful.
What's not to love of Krispy kreme doughnuts? I came here after craving something sweet one morning and got 24 doughnut holes and 1 original glaze doughnut. The staff was friendly and welcoming so it didn't seem purely transactional.

Donuts here are good, although they are a bit on the sweeter side.Original glazed donuts are undoubtedly the best for their subtle flavour.

They didn't have sugar donuts. I'm not sure if they just don't make them heee or if they ran out but they weren't available. However, this location is open later than other places and Krispy Kreme donuts usually hit the sugar high craving right in the belly. So, full stars.
Came here for an afternoon snack and it was…ok… I really disliked how the employees treated us. The girl at the front was absolutely awful. She was so rude to us for no reason. The donuts are expensive, small and didn’t taste fresh. Not up to par of the other Krispy Kreme locations out there
Good Krispy Kreme donuts. Krispy Kreme tends to be on the sweeter side for a donut but I enjoy them time to time. This store makes their donuts very consistent in terms of taste and texture. Lines haven’t gotten too long whenever I’ve come here so this is the store I usually visit.
i love this place but passed by yesterday and ordered a dozen half chocolate half MAPLE .. went to the register to pay and it said glazed mix I told the cashier what I had ordered and wanted to double check since I saw the lady grabbing glazed. she told me "yeah it's mixed it's just the title it's gonna say that when you pay" go to my car after and check the order and there's NO MAPLE . It was glazed even after I specifically told her to double check.
My wife and I love Krispy Kreme. But the staff here gave fairly poor service and the donuts we got were not fresh at all. At least day old, maybe two days.
