The sauces are the bestIt is never too spicy or missing salt , it’s always just rightIt can get busy and there can be a long wait but that is for a good reasonIf you want a fabulous mouth watering North Indian meal without the eye watering prices then Kabab and Curry is the right place
Called and placed to go order. Was told it will take an hour and had to pay on the phone. Was kind of unusual - usually you pay at pickup. I came after about 1:15hrs and had to wait for another 25min. There was a long line of people. At one point guy took my name and I am pretty sure nobody started my order until after that. Another interesting point - there was a sign that mandatory 15% will be added for dining in. I watched person waiting for 10 min at cashier to pay his bill. I think they messed up enough orders that people would just walk away so they started asking for payment upfront. And with service like that - who would tip...?Having said that - food is great - and I'll be back adding 30 min to time quoted. Of course if they don't start cooking until I show up - I'll still be waiting... Let us see.
Food tastes good , but extremely over priced for quantity. After 2 adults and 2 kids eating not more than 2 breads each and 2 sides shared by the entire family, I ended up paying 120$.All of us were hungry in an hour. The ambience was not great either. May be you can come here to just to spend some extra cash.
Fantastic Aloo Baingan.Naan is tasty, but not as tasty as Shalimar's.Went again and the alloo and Baingan were not even cooked fully. Ymmv
Very good Pakistani flavors. Their lunch buffet was great (if and when they have it), just a few very good and fresh entries that won't overwhelm you unlike the typical buffet with lots of mediocre stale dishes.
Very good taste. However if your stomach not strong enough, you better eat less because the spices is very strong.
It's a nice looking modern restaurant. Seemingly okay prices but the portions size ?.My friend and I got 2 different curries (16 dollars a piece). The curries were flavorful but consisted of 3 pieces of lamb that had very little meat. Ok that's already bad. What's worse the entire curry came in this very small shallow bowl. I had a total of maybe 10 spoonfuls.Garlic naan was fantastic. Good crust, fluffy interior and plenty of garlic on top.Good ambience. It's very modern and not traditional.2 stars. Despite the high quality food, I walked away from a full meal still hungry! A full size dinner should not leave you hungry.
Great tasting food and ample portions. The spices are slightly different, but sumptuous. Give them a try.
Starters were very good especially Seekh kabab and tandoori chicken. Biryani is decent. It was a bit dry but the taste was alright.
Best lamb briyani in Bay Area. You can feel the flavor of charcoal dum in briyani along with well cooked lamb with spices really melts in mouth. Also tandoori is very special with fresh meat. Most important thing is consistency in quality which you can’t find in other restaurants. This is must try place
