I have ordered food from them three times in the last month or so and everytime I ordered the strips I didn't receive the dipping sauces and on top of that I ordered a shake which came with no straw when I clearly marked the spot that said included one and my food is cold and there were no cherries in my shake at all and I asked for extra this Jack in the box is lazy and I will never order anything from them again
It’s only getting two because it’s Jack. I’m just gonna state the things wrong instead of a story.As you can see in the pic, my sourdough bread wasn’t toasted. I ordered a root beer and got a Coke. There were two combo meals, one straw. The employee wasn’t wearing a mask. The kid at the window had attitude. I didn’t even order much! 2 sourdough jack meals.
Hours are grossly wrong. They seem to close arbitrarily. It’s open on DoorDash then I get a report they’re closed on multiple occasions. Their door sign says drive through is 24 hours yet it’s closed right now at 4:30am. The drive through has been closed on other occasions between 1:30 and 3am as well. Management is either being misleading or unaware they’re closing when they aren’t supposed to be.
The truck was not there so I could not get a milkshake The employees were quite nice about it which was really nice though I swear people were stoned in the drive-thru because a simple could you back up became a 5-10 minute thing of oh God how do I reverse I'm in a truck cuz somebody couldn't figure out how to reverse their vehicle into a parking space so I could make a right

They're never open when they say they are. "Confirmed by the business 2 weeks go", "Opens at 6AM on Mondays." Well it's 6:10AM on a Monday and they're closed.I bet if i come on a Friday they'll be randomly closed between 2 and 6 for no reason but leave their "open 24 hours" sign on.EDIT: This is not a one-off incident. It's been an ongoing issue for the last few years or longer. I never complained before because I understood that Google listings can't be treated as first party representation, but now that someone is claiming ownership and updating the listed business hours, know that this business has a habit of closing just because nobody is around.Nobody needs this place to be open 24/7, but if someone claiming to represent it says it's open, it better be open. 5 minutes after opening before the doors actually unlock is fine, but 10 is too far. Closing the register early to facilitate cleanup is understandable, but shutting your doors because it's 3AM and you're used to nobody coming by for two hours and you want to change the fryer oil or something is not okay.
I ordered a #5 (double jack) NO CHEESE large with a coke , I was charged for that ….. I was given my order , without a receipt of course , drove back to the job site and discovered not only was cheese on the burger , it was also a single jack ! Pretty good scam you are running All this did was reaffirm my dislike for the jack in the box chain
Says 24 hour drive thru but no one was there when i drove up to the mic.
I walked in and there was no one waiting in line. I waited for about 5 - 10 min until someone finally helped me out. The wait for the food was long too. Food was good though so no complain about that.
The lady at the drive thru forgot my coworkers fries and gave us a double cheeseburger instead. When he went inside to tell her she rudely grabbed the bag from his hands then afterwards told him to keep it. I mean, he was being nice about it and pretty unnecessary. But hey, free double cheeseburger ?
