Update on this location:After my initial post, I was able to speak with a manager who was very sympathetic to our poor treatment and made an effort to ensure that we would not be treated as poorly in the future.As such, we have since returned 4 times and each time the employees were fantastic! We went at various times of the day to get different people. Each time they were pleasant and the food was hot, made correctly, and fresh.Thank you so much for taking care of the issue. I appreciate you and will continue to return to your restaurant and can now recommend that others visit without having to worry about being treated with disrespect simply because they are hungry.
It's always the same lady working the drive thru during the day, and she is always so kind. I drive to this location even tho it's further because of her. The food is always freshly made and good for what it is.
Great service for the time frame. It seems there is no dinning in. The food was deliciously fresh.
Every single time we pick up food after-hours, we are greeted with the sign that says ‘Sorry we’re closed!’. They never seem to want to work. Tonight we were told by a very rude staff that “You have to cancel your order”. Well… I’d like to suggest that if you don’t want to take orders, don’t let people order online. If I could give no stars I would.

Thank God for Jack in the Box ...they STILL stay open late. They have a huge selection of different foods to eat. I LOVE LOVE the egg rolls & the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl YUM YUM. Food is hot, employees are very nice and helpful. Do I have ANY complaints?? Well yes I do ! WHY DID THEY STOP MAKING BREAKFAST BOWLS & SMOOTHIES OMG BOTH WERE THE BEST AROUND. ? Updated: decided to go back seeing as they're 24/7 only to have my order charged and confirmed in the app and drive to the store for it to be closed completely. No lights, drive through blocked with cone and no sign. Guess they went out of business and took my money at 5am.... Thanks...One of the better Jack in the Box drive throughs. Mobile orders are actually prepped ahead of time so pickup is super fast. Polite staff. Custom orders followed well with only slight issues but good effort. The app lets you get really good deals so ordering ahead is worth it even more so at this location.
Ive lived down the street from thid jack in the box fkr years and only until recent years have I had issued arriving after 1pm they say there systems are down for hours tho? And everyday at different times only late night? Yea right. and at time its just pitch black all lights off? Is this open 24hours or not?
Same quality you'd expect from any other jack n the box. Open late. Though, while they say 24 hours they are usually closed between 3a and 5a.
It’s been our go to place for a late night snack if we’re in the mood to have a burger!! Their spicy chicken burger is the absolute best!! ???
