I ordered a Jumbo Jack meal and also an order of Triple Cheese and Bacon Loaded Fries on DoorDash. Those fries were almost 5 bucks. But they sent an order of curly fries instead?. I tried to call them to straighten this out, but they wouldn't answer. After about 6 times, I gave up. So I spent 23 dollars for a cold Jumbo Jack, way too many of the wrong fries, and the soda had no ice in it. Then they wouldn't even bother picking up the phone. They dropped the ball this evening.??
We stopped to after the Dua Lipa concert for some chicken strips and fries. 1 of the meals was good however the other 2 had hard, old chicken strips. So my sister and mother didn't enjoy their meal.
It was pretty clean quiet calm and order was done pretty fast what can I say don't complaints
Drive thru was packed so me and my granddaughter went in to buy 2 milkshakes, nuggets and French fries. We only got one milkshake and on the reciept to look at my order it read 3 drinks.. 1 person was working both window and front cashier. Didn't want to wait any longer then we did!!
The staff tried very hard. But they were either seriously under staffed or having a problem in the kitchen. Wait time was 25+ minutes in the drive thru. They were also out of bbq sauce but didn't tell me until I got to the window, despite ordering it for my chicken strips. Hope it was an off night.
The supervisor at night she is really bad i m uber eats driver and she is really rude the reason she is very rude and why should we wait in line for 30 minutes in line bad service bad bad bad
Drive-thru is very narrow for big trucks. It would have been easier going inside to get the order drive through took longer time
Bowls were good as usual however the shake machine was down
The staff was nice to me and worked fast. The food was delicious.The place felt like it needed some love. The lobby seemed like it really needed mopped and a deep cleaning. Chairs stacked on tables made the lobby area look very uninviting.My wait was pretty long for a side order and a soda. Part of that was due to the staff being hassled by a 3rd party delivery driver waiting on two orders. He was being demanding to the JitB staff, so they sort skipped the orders ahead of him to get him out.Again, the food was good.
I usually order in the drive thru. Never ordered inside until today. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. Tables were dirty, chairs dirty with some food from previous customers. Wanted to grab a child seat for my daughter but they were greasy, dirty and with some food residues. The floor was noticeable dirty. Overall, the place needs to be cleaned more often. Like I mentioned before, it is the first time I went inside, It could be that management today wasn't paying close attention to cleanliness or it could be that this is how it usually is any day. This was my experience today 9/27/2021, Hopefully everyone else has a better experience than I did today.
