Their chicken dum biryani was amazing - chicken was tender, biryani had gravy and the fried onions on the top were the perfect finishing touch!
Ordered Malai kofta and Paneer tikka masala from here. Malai kofta was just ok but paneer Tikka masala was the worst I've ever had. Paneer was way too hard to cut and chew. Both the curries seemed a bit old and stale, dint tasted fresh at all. I tried the place for the first time and I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.Update:Updating the rating and review. I got another order from the place and this time the paneer tikka masala was so much better. The gravy tasted fresh and the paneer was perfectly cooked as well. Service was fast and good.
The taste is good. They should open it. Because Indian food tastes when served and eaten hot and fresh. As most of the restaurants have started offering to dine in, this place is still doing takeouts alone.I love the biryani and it is well prepared. Sometimes I felt better taste around in the bay areaFeatures: Mask needed while picking up
It's the second time I am ordering from the restaurant. Real bad experience1. They charge online charges even when you order by phone2. The biryani was literally soaking in oil, never had such a bad biryani. They charge premium food, for that the least they can do is provide quality food.
Samosa Chat was one of the best I had in Bay Area till now. Overall Nice food, had been one of the Birthday party, well organized and good food.Hope they soon open back their Dine-in.
I ordered vegetable, egg and paneer biryani for dinner (on different occasions).Egg biryani was good. But paneer, Veg biryani are just about average.I suspect that the rice given with paneer biriyani was from some meat dum biriyani and it had a different smell and too oily. Food packaging was not done very carefully. I got onion peels along with raw onions on the top.2 stars down for this and also for the fact that they charge a fee for online and phone orders.
Got 3 items, veg curry, gobhi 65 and peeli daal. Daal tasted few days old and when I smelled it closely it was pretty evident that it turned bad, it had fermented smell and taste. I am a regular customer here and after this experience I am not going to order anymore from this restruant. Why dont they taste the food before packing?Once I got extra salty manchurian but I did not posted review for that but serving food gone bad is intolerable.
Fantastic Authentic Indian food. Perfect for family lunches and dinners and celebrations. They do party orders as well and I would recommend that folks order from here if they plan a get-together in the future. Kind regards.
We had catering order with igrill this weekend. It was already tried and tested in my friends parties. But his was first time my experience of ordering at my home. All the services provided were top class in terms of responsiveness, customizations , additional requests, food quality, food taste. All our friends enjoyed the food and praised it. I would definitely recommend igrill catering for any parties at home , hall or outside.
I asked them not to put butter on bread and when I went to pick up the order the person there said I don’t know who took the order they didn’t mention in the order and I ordered saag paneer which they told me fell down while packing and above all I was told that it’s our closing time and our chefs have already left so I can’t do anything. So I went home with naan and tandoori roti which nobody ate because of the butter and I was given daal makhani in replacement of saag paneer which was stale and smelling really bad. Eventually I had to go to Mountain View again to get the food to eat. Very pathetic. I will never back to this restaurant.
