I travel a lot and I have to say hands down this was one of my best experiences from check in to check out. We were in town for a wedding and our room was ready early, we had great maid service every day, pool was clean, restaurant was great, staff so nice and helpful. I cannot even think of anything negative to say! Over all 10/10!
This is a very nice hotel with very nice and clean and reasonably large rooms. Bed is also very comfortable. My only complaint would be the limited food options and those that were available were very expensive.
I asked to have my checkout extended to 2PM. He said no problem. Then proceeded to check me out at 11AM. Went back to my room and it was cleared out of all my stuff. My stuff is now stolen by Hyatt. Hyatt should be remembered for this.
Reviewed bill and was charged multiple times for the same thing. Asked the front desk staff to ezplain charges and they could not explain them and ended up removing after asking for manager. Watch closely!
We recently stayed at the Hyatt for the CAX show, which was coincidentally the same weekend as the Red Hot Chili Peppers. It was a busy weekend for the hotel. Despite this, they didn’t seem to be prepared for the extra number of guests. All food service areas were overwhelmed with very long lines. Only a couple people working at the quick service coffee/food market during Saturday breakfast hours. No breakfast service at the restaurant — only a very highly priced breakfast buffet (no thank you). I rented a cabana for $180 and was told we could order food at the bar and it would be brought out to me. My husband ordered lunch at the bar, but they told him they could not bring us food. Cabana bar service was basically non-existent. We have stayed at this hotel several times pre-COVID and our experience was so much better. They used to have a small outdoor pool bar with all-day cabana food and drink service. The restaurant was much better, too. Quality of food and service were vastly superior in the past. They also discontinued their valet parking service. Not a big deal, but kind of the icing on the cake for all the other disappointing changes. I know COVID has been rough on the service industry, but this is the Hyatt and I expected more now that we are past the acute phase of the pandemic.
Standard solid, if unspectacular room and check-in. The restaurant should be closed down until they get better management training and better staff training not to mention better food quality. This overshadows an otherwise uneventful stay.
very nice hotel, but very expensive and now they charge for parking. I've stayed here many years for my convention and they've never charged for parking before. Rooms are expensive (with taxes over $200 per night), food is very expensive and parking is $25 a day.
Check in person was exceptional. Great customer service, friendly and efficient. Good options at the market and very conveniently located to Levi's stadium. Rooms were clean but dark and could use a bit more lighting. Was wonderful to have a balcony with our room to have coffee outside in the morning.
The entire hotel and pool are in need of updates to create more space and updated building materials. The ceilings are low in the rooms. The carpet has stains on it. The doors are heavy and ajar requiring a good push to close it. The elevators are poorly designed, small and inefficient.
Pool area is more like a resort than a hotel. Lobby is very spacious and comfortable. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. View of stadium and Great America fireworks. The families of our team all agreed this was a fantastic hotel.
