It could use more employees and a better process to have a order and pick up sign so that customers are directed correctly and employees know exactly whom to take care during busy times. People please do not get that at the employees as they're doing their best here it's just he needs to be more organized and better streamlined from management.
I really liked their roti bread. I got it with cream cheese but I think I would like it plain as well. I definitely recommend having them warm it up for you. We also tried the mango shaved ice which was alright, a bit hard to pour all the toppings on without some maneuvering. The fruit green teas were okay as well but I probably wouldn't order them again.
Love this place!!! Everything we got were so good. Highly recommend the golden toast.
The baked items were very good, but the ice creams lacked flavor. It felt watery, sugary and the actual taste was missing out from the 3 flavors that I tried. Presentation was good, so you feel that the quality is good too which is not.
They have good deserts but not much coffee expertise. This is the first place where the owner confidently says Mocha is not supposed to have chocolate in it.
I’ve been coming here for years. Great ambitious staff does all the drinks, takes orders, makes the buns. Chocolate butter is my favorite. I always like to take them to work.
I just love Honeyberry!! They have the best Nutella Roti Bun in the whole of Bay Area. Its crispy on the outside and fluffy inside and has the right amount of sweetness. I have been here several times and the staff has been nice and friendly every single time. Definitely recommended if you have a sweet tooth.
Different variety of desserts than usual. Must try if you are bored with trarditionals.

Their products are good give them 4 stars. Sadly they had 2 old Asian guys In the store, without masks, the whole time I was in the store.
