Very Tasty foodVery clean bathroomNice customer serviceVery near the great American

Location is exceptional close to great America theme park. Ample parking. Menu has good varieties to choose from (see photos). The sultani order was full of meat and was tasty & flavorful. Their Afghani Sultani dish is NOT the same as the Persian restaurant style.

I can give them 0 star because they didn’t cook the food will and it make us sick in the mind time they do not have many of the menu food ,the just add there to make you drive to there and spend money . I will not try again this restaurant and I do not recommend anyone to this restaurant.

Very expensive. The side salad seemed to be a little old and lacked flavor. We ordered two chicken cabab that normally comes with dry rice and i asked them to add more yogurt and red sauce to make it a little Moist for additional five dollars. But they added only the red sauce which is available for free and forgot to add yogurt. It was a complete disappointment and felt ripped off!!! Never going back to that place again!!!

Try very tasty dishes! Lamb shank was falling of the bone and was so delitious!! Highly recommended and will come back whenever are nearby...

Very good food. Cooked well and tastes great!

Alright honest review timeSo basically came here after Jummah and wanted to try it out.Parking was alright, little tight since it's in a parking lot shared with other food placesInside was nice, good amount of tables and it is self service to get your napkins and plastic utensils (quite disappointing instead of metal). They had music going on in background, would recommend to remove that since it's not needed as well.Food came in a good amount of time like 10-20min of wait time and it was fresh. The brown rice was an extra $2 extra since default for the kabob/chicken platter is white rice. We got the sultan kabab to try 3 diff meats and review them. The paper plate was quite a disappointment since it makes the portions smaller especially when ordering a 3 combination platter. The chicken botis were good and juicy, same for the beef and they gave 4 of each. The chapli was one large piece and it was good too. The downside was the quantity of rice given and it lacked flavor, although it was brown colored. It was enough for 2 people to share one platter that we had got.Soda can was about $4 for 2 cans. Also there was no traditional afghan bread served complimentary that you normally get at other afghan places. Think of this place as like an expensive fast food afghan type spot that's also pricey (but then again it's afghan food which is pricey) and it's also located near work buildings and a community college. They gave a small container of chole and one of chopped vegetables (salad). The salad and the chole (garbanzo beans) were not good. The garbanzo beans and potato it was too sourish (but it was meh) rather have salad dressing than that. And the salad looked old and stale if you know what I mean.Overall the chicken was very good, the beef pieces was good and chapli could be a little more thicker. And be ready to pay up

A hidden gem! I have been wanting to try Afghan food for awhile now and I stumbled upon this restaurant on Yelp! I am so glad I did. My boyfriend and I ordered their kebab plates. He had the lambchop plate and I had the combo kebab plate, I chose chicken and beef. The food took around 10-15 minutes to be cooked, but the quality was amazing. The meat was flavorful, the rice was warm, and the sides tasted great. This restaurant has high quality food, and I really loved the meats. I will be returning again to this restaurant! I highly recommend that everyone try it!

Great food and great service. Our car battery died after we ate here and the dude working the front counter came out with his car and jump started our car. That was really nice of him. This is a great place 10/10

We frequent the Fremont branch and have always loved the bolani. So we are delighted they have opened a store in Santa Clara which is closer for our family. Today I ordered the potato bolani. I like the pumpkin onion bolani available in Fremont but they do not carry it.The bolani is top notch. Supercalifragilistically delicious.Request to owner. Pls consider strongly adding pumpkin bolani and leek bolani when leek is in season. For us vegetarians a side of the boiled spinach would take the menu to a new plateau. We want your business to succeed and by leaps snd bounds.
